      What a great post!

      • tygirl13

Me too!!! My options are Winn Dixie, Target, and Walmart. Walmart doesn't really count since I haven't gotten groceries there in forever. Just finding a parking spot stresses me out…

        • Bryarsmom

And who the heck really wants to shop at creepy WM anyway? LOL

          • consumer49

People who like to pay less for the same name brands that you buy in other stores!!

            • Ahbrajoy

I've found that I spend a lot more at Walmart than I do on the same items at Kroger and Publix. Of course, it is when they are on sale, but I'll wait for a sale rather than fight our WalMart. It is horrible on so many levels.

    • Simoneboose

Are those actual prices or is it after cupons if so how can find those cupons, and the free items what is that all about? Sorry if I sound ignorant but I'm new to this site.

      • Amanda

I am confused. I print them and stopped by BILO. I looked at them with that list that free and under $1. I don't see any of those at BILO.

Do we have to use coupons for those? Where to find?

Please help me. I am new to this site also. I would LOVE to save so much bucks! Please help me.

        • Maryellen

yes you need the coupons, some of the coupons are printable from the website, and others if they are available Jenny tells us where to find them.. SS means smartsource, RP means red plum, some of them can be located on their websites and others can be located in the coupon sections of the sunday newspapers. Go to the Bi-Lo site here on southernsavers and look for printable coupons, If you need any futher help leave me a message I will help if I can. I was new to the site about 8 months ago. I will help if I can,.

i need help im not sure how to use this web-site can you help

    • Ladybugpam

darnit! none of that stuff was free where i live! My Kroger store is called Ralphs and it sux! I planned a whole strategy and got cut off at the pass:( they either did not stock the item, the item was out of stock, the price was higher than at Kroger, or there was no sale at all on it. Not to mention the fact that there were pallets all over the floor making it a labyrinth to shop there! AND I dropped some coupons for FREE baby food! luckily, I found them again and I literally RAN towards them when I spotted them, haha :P

I've been collecting the supermarket ads for my part of the country and I am planning to do what jenny does for us on my own for my local stores based on what I've learned from her! Thanks jenny, you rock:) Pam

i'm new to this coupon thing and cant seem to find the inserts on ebay can someone help me i'm lost

      • Terri

Type in grocery or food coupons. You can also write coupon inserts, or b1g1 free. This is the only way I buy coupons, we don't get a paper delivery here.

    • Tiffany

When or will Ingles be added to this list?

    • Missy

I notice that the Scotch tape is Buy one get one at Publix, where do I find the coupon to make it only 9cents? I'm new to this and am interested in learning how to navigate my way around.

    • Cheshirecats4

At Kroger, Betty Crocker boxed Muffins FREE. You have to buy 4,that makes them $1.49 each. with the piddly mega-deal going this week. Use $1 off Q and make sure to load your Kroger card with the .50 off e-coupons, there are a few thru cellfire and shortcuts. This makes them free (if you use 4 Q's.)

    • Ljhatfield
