They will be cut & sorted per your instructions. Any suggestions as to we can send to besides the Navy...we want to send to ALL those serving in the Armed Forces...so we can rotate each time, Navy then Army, etc. Please let me know.... She said that you don't have to include a customs form if you are mailing in a standard letter envelope. I used to mail things to my husband in Iraq and the only time a customs form was required is if it was too big for first class mail.
