The store closest to my house would not take ANY duplicate coupons claiming a new corporate policy. I talked to the regional rep, and the store called me back and apologized. But then she said (and the next closest Walgreens also said), that the RR or automatic rebates wouldn't be applied if I used manu qs. I tried anyway at the other store, but it all worked out anyway. EXCEPT...the very worst thing of all. I had my $8 in RR to use on my second transcation and the register only took the $1 and the manager couldn't even override it to take the other $7. They couldn't even explain why is wasn't working. I wasted several hours yesterday on Walgreens, and both stores made it clear that people like me using Qs are an annoyance. I doubt I'll use them again. RiteAid across the street said that they'd match their promotions anyway. Has anyone else had problems with Walgreens lately?
