Went to CVS today and used my Glucerna coupon for $10 off of shakes, bars or ceral, With their B1G1 1/2 off you can get 2 boxes of cereal for FREE or a good deal on 1 thing of shakes ($10.89, or I bought 2 boxes of bars for $4.89 and the second box was 1/2 off so it was a MM so I used it to get a few other things which all rang up no problem!

Register at Diabetes Control for Life – Free Management Plans, Support, and News and when you visit your profile page (after registering and making a plan) there is a link for a bricks coupon that reads:

$10.00 off one (1) Glucerna Multipack of Shakes or two (2) Boxes of bars or cereal, 30 day rolling. Fine print says “Limit 1 coupon per transaction” and Limit 1 coupon per household.
You have to put in your profile that you are overweight and trying to lose weight. I put my actual weight and I got no link, then I changed my profile and got the link.

Thank you. Those were exactly my initial thoughts. I couldn’t understand why they would care whether they got the $2 from me or from the manufacturer. Either way, they sell the product for the same price.

You CAN use coupons with any product they sell whether on clearance or not. They can still submit your coupon and get all the money back from the company, the product is not handled any differently or discounted by the manufacturer. It is just a person completely not knowing anything about coupons that would make that rule! Go in and educate them on coupon reimbursement…

Jenny, I hope you can tell me if this is CVS policy or just another cashier not knowing what she’s talking about. I attempted to purchase three clearance items I had coupons for and was told CVS does not accept coupons on clearance items. Have you heard this before? Should I just try another store?

It is a booklet that you could get if you did a special Procter and Gable rebate earlier this year. You had to spend $50 in Procter and Gamble products and you would get a special coupon booklet with high value coupons.

Does anyone know where to go to print any Puff’s tissue coupons? Thought since they were on sale for $0.97 a coupon would make it an exceptional deal.

I went to 2 CVS last night and had great luck at both! I was able to get the Frre Carnation w’ECB’s to pay for it then turn around and get the $4.99 back for it. Then I also got the Free (3) Zone bars WYB1…along with 4 free bags of Gold Emblum nuts. (Had 2 printed out Qpons for $2 off GE Nuts, so I bought the small $ .79 bags of cashews!) I aso found 5 of the robes for $1.49 and needed a gallon of milk…so I used a 5 off $20 that printed when I walked into the store as well as all my other Qpons and ended up getting $98.76 for $7.98 ECB’s. Oh and I got another Fusion razor also. Can’t remember what else, but I had several bags full as well as the 5 robes!
Now I’m down to just $4 in ECB’s…gota figure out a way to stock pile some more of those ECB’s.

Gah, I had an old bat cashier this morning. It’s not that coupons didn’t work, that happens, but her attitude. We were having trouble with the Lumene q’s…I should say I was having trouble – she just threw it aside and continued on like it didn’t matter or anything.

Then she grabs up the ECB I had laid out to pay with and I said wait, don’t scan that yet. She scanned it anyway. I said, I didn’t want you to scan that yet. She asks “Why?”. I said if that coupon isn’t going to work then I need you to take the item off. “Take them off?!?” She said she could still take it off, but I told her I might have needed to use a different ECB, but now I can’t ever get that one back. Turned out I could have rolled one of my larger ECBs that are harder to use.

As far as the Lumene q’s, I had 1 of the wipes and 1 of the little jars of something, both $2.99 each. The CVS side of the coupon scanned with no problem, took $4.00 off. But the Utla Web q wouldn’t scan at all. Nor would she try to enter it. She said it wouldn’t take because the q was $4 and the item was $2.99. I asked could she adjust the price of the coupon down, to $2.99? She said No, it won’t take it.

It knows your card. At the bottom of your receipt it will show that you have maxed out on the deal (it will say limit met). Sometimes the company will add more opportunities to get a deal, but mostly on monthly deals.

For the Carnation deal – can you get more than one if you do seperate transactions? Or is it tied to your CVS card and the system knows if you’ve already done the deal?

Save the Lumen ad as a picture in your computer and then print it. I had to do that too- it printed fine and scanned too.

My Playskool wipes coupon wouldn’t work either. The cashier and manager tried everything they could think of, but kept getting really weird error messages. Finally, the manager just did a price adjust and charged me .50 for the wipes. Then my Ensure coupon wouldn’t work. Then my ECB wouldn’t go through. I was there for a while, trying not to look at the long line forming behind me, but the cashier and manager were very patient and helpful.

The playschool wipes coupon didn’t work for me, but I was able to get the pampers diapers for $11 and received $5 ECB, with a coupon that printed on the machine in the store. It was like getting them for $3 e.a. Great deal! Thanks

I went to CVS this morning and the Playskool Wipes coupon would scan (as expected). The cashier and the manager tied a few different things, but they couldn’t get it into the system. They must have gotten the system into a bad state, because then it wouldn’t scan my other coupons for the Johnson products. The ending total was $10.09, but they owed me $6.00 from the coupons that wouldn’t scan. The manager said pay $4.09 and they would fix it later. I felt kind of bad, because when I left the cashiers draw was $6.00 short, but I’m sure the manager will take care of it. I apologized, but they were super nice and said it wasn’t my fault and their system was bad.

Strike out at CVS tonight. They only had a 72 count playschool wipes, which cost over $3 and was not included in the sale. They didn’t even carry the one in the ad. I tried it anyway and the coupon wouldn’t scan and she wouldn’t put it in. Then my $4 off 20 coupon wouldn’t scan- so I had her put everything back. Bummer. Does the playschool coupon only work with the wipes pictured in it?

I got one of the Playschool Wipe Coupons in my personal e-mail from CVS and it still would not work for me. The cashier tried to push it through, and put it in as a CVS generic coupon and it still wouldn’t go through. I put the wipes back. I may try it again tomorrow. Also the Vitamin ECB didn’t print- I think because it is a monthly deal, it wouldn’t go-I will return it tomorrow and buy it again! All the other deals went through- It was nice to get Honey Bunches of Oats B1G1 (last week’s B1G1) because I got 2 catalina 1.50 off q’s this week and it helped me get up to $25 after I put the wipes back!

Probably not, because there is no way to use your $10 off $50 before you scan your card and the price is going to come automatically.
