Anyone who has time. :)

I am a green horn with using the ECB and coupons. Today i wanted to save save save. I took my first shopping trip to CVS. Signed up for the card and went shopping. I paid for my paper towels and TP and had my first two BUCKS. Well I wanted to use it on getting my shampoo free. The lady that checked me out was not paying any attention. I didn't get my one item free. She didn't use my 2.00. I did save 28.00+ and I have 12.00 to use on my ECB. :) All in all it was a great trip BUT I see how I have to pay so much attention to my items and the sale prices and coupons. I LOVE THIS WEB SITE!!!! Any advice on multiple check outs to get the most bang for your buck????

Adrianne,

Same has happened to me -- I used to get $5 of $25 purchase coupons every week, too. But I haven't for about two weeks now. I, too, am wondering if there's a change...

But this week's deals worked out great (maybe even better!) without that discount...

Gotta love CVS!

They will all scan and they are just pdf documents so you can print multiples and the store will get reimbursed. Just use them in moderation.

Just curious, I used to ALWAYS get a $3 off of $15 each time I made a purchase (it would print with my ECBs on my receipt) - now, I don't. In fact, I haven't gotten one in almost 2 weeks. Has anyone else had this problem?

I noticed a lot of people say they do several transactions in one trip at both cvs and wal-greens. Do the cashiers ever get rude about it or do any of the stores generally have rules about "rolling" your ECB in one trip? Also if you have an ECB from one product, and use it in a different transaction to pay for the same product will you still get another ECB or is it like walgreens? Thanks

My CVS today had a handful of different brands and scents of deodorant on sale super cheap, and I was able to use coupons to get them almost free and less than free! There Suave, Brut, Speed Stick, Dry Idea, etc. I bought five different deodrants for under $1.00 total.

I have not gotten any emailed coupons from CVS either, but I was happy today that my CVS allowed me to use the Rite Aid $5 off coupon there on my purchase! It expires tomorrow, so I was glad to be able to use it. I got the Dry Idea on sale for $1.00, also Right Guard on sale for $1.12. Is it legal to use the $2 off Dry Idea when it only costs a dollar? My store was nice enough not to fuss about it.
Also had some CVS coupons that I used with the mfg coupons so I got over $50 worth for only $17. I also got $14 ECB for later... net spending $13!

Amy D.~

I was able to do the Aveeno deal twice. (Last week I bought 2 sunscreens and a shampoo. This week I only bought haircare products- don't know if that matters)

I was also able to use the -$10/3 Aveeno Positively Ageless coupon and the -$2/1 Aveeno coupon again this week!! So if you have more of those coupons and still have your 10ECBs, you should be able to get 4 Aveeno haircare products for $3.96 (plus tax) and still receive 10 more ECBs!!! I only had 5ECBs left, so my total was a little over $10.00.

Okay, here's to you folks that haven't gotten your coupons from CVS. I'm a newbie and I went in today to edit my personal information for my CVS ECBs and it did not have an email address saved for me (even though I have to enter it to log in), so I entered mine and there is a box next to it that asks if you want to receive coupons by email. Hope this helps!

Alright everyone! I am having some difficulty! It seems that everyone is getting all of these $4 of of $20 coupons for CVS and I'm not getting any! I got one when I first signed up for the CVS coupons about a month ago (maybe a little longer). Now, it's like they've completely skipped over me! How in the world do I find these coupons? Is there a place online where I can find them to print off?

I went to CVS today, I did find the $1.00 Band Aids. The CATCH-you buy $20.00 worth of J&J Products, then you get $10.00 in ECB-averaging the Band Aids $1.00 a box. FREE when use the $1.00 coupon-if you have 20 coupons LOL!

natalee,

bravo. you will get much better at this with time. just keep reading daily. i've gotten to where i know almost to the penny what is the best deal for a specific item and i'll go for it. you will also get a better understanding of how each store works and it won't be so confusing.

Okay...I have to share. I am a newbie and made my very first CVS couponing run today and here is the lowdown. Bought $36.32 of stuff origianlly priced at $45.70. I used $7.99 in coupons. My OOP was $28.33 and I got $12.00ECB. So it was like getting it all for $16.33. Okay, so I know that isn't just SUPER, but there were a couple of things that I just had to get even though they weren't on sale....

Okay…I have to share. Okay, so I know that isn’t just SUPER, but there were a couple of things that I just had to get even though they weren’t on sale….
