      I tried to get this dvd and they said “due to the high volume of orders they can’t process any rght now, but you could call them toll free and they will continue the order, only problem is they are not open until Tuesday.

      Just keep hitting your back button when you get the message and eventually it will go through. Was able to get one for myself and my co-worker!

      I can’t get it to work either… but as I was trying a third time I read the small print on the pretty pink page. Has anyone noticed that it’s only 12 minutes in length? Think I’ll pass on this one, but thanks for the wonderful things you do, Jenny!

      I got it to work with the back button. Good call… even if we now know it’s only 12 min. Oh well. :) At least that’s a trick to file away if it happens again.

      it worked for me with no special doings. but it will take 12 -14 weeks to get it.

      I will be forgotten about it by the time it arrives.

      Keep trying. I couldn’t get it this morning but when I tried later in the evening I got it. I saw that it was very short and that isn’t a big deal to me. I am getting it for my 15 month old and that will be long enough for her to sit and watch.
