Another new store for Southern Savers!!  Thanks to Leah for offering to help compile the deals for us.  These deals run Wednesday – Tuesday each week.

If you see anything we left off let me know and I’ll add it to the list.

I will have the full coupon policy posted later.  For now, just know that they will double coupons that are .50 cents or less and you do not have to buy 2 with the B1G1 sales, buying one will ring up half price.

      Harvey’s is owned by Food Lion, so many of Food Lion’s house brand coupons should be accepted at Harvey’s.

        From what I hear many are saying that their Harvey’s will not accept them even though they are for the same products. It is worth asking your store manager about though. If you have a Home 360 coupon why not take it…

      Actually, both Harveys and Food Lion are owned by the same holding company, but still a good point. I haven’t tried any Food Lion coupons at Harvey’s yet.

      Glad to see this posted. Harvey’s is getting a lot more competitive here, and just started a “key to savings” program today.

      I’ve discovered that their sale prices on meats are the best around here, and the quality is very good.

      Also, today starts the “Hometown Rewards” program. Between now and May 12th, every time you shop at Harvey’s and use your card you will be entered to win free groceries for a year and 1 of 5 $100 gift certificate (1 winner per store on the gc and just 1 winner on the free groceries).

      I am so glad you added Harvey’s. I live in a rural part of Georgia, but have a Harvey is within 30 minutes of me where other “Big Name” stores are a least an hour away.

      Hey Jenny, I hit up the harveys for the freebie yesterday and walked thru the store and noticed almost all of their prices have gone up,higher than publix!Last time I asked in there (last week) ours didnt double or take food lion q’s….coastal ga just doesnt get it I guess.

      I went to my Harvey’s yesterday (middle Georgia). Since I had not been in a while and because I had 2 printable coupons that I was planning to use I asked if they took internet printables…they said they did not except printables because they had a high rate of fraud with them. Needless to say I wanted to cry because it ruined my grand plan. I asked if they had their coupon policy handy or if they could tell me where I could find it online and got a lot of blank stares, mind you this was at night so everyone working looked to be in their high school years so I didn’t press the issue. Plus I was too tired to wait on them to find the manager. I know that Jenny will be posting the policy soon and I will just wait til then. :)

      Bloom is owned by food lion as well you cant use the Coupons at the stores if they say food lion.

      I am working on getting the actual coupon policy right now. I have someone at the corporate office who is trying to get me a copy of it and I should have it by next week. As of right this minute, I have been told that there are only 3 Harvey’s stores that do not double coupons (Richmond Hill, GA, Melrose, FL & a store in SC but I cannot remember that name of the city), that they do accept printables but only up to $2. They only accept one manufacturers coupon of the same kind (so if you want 2 bags of chips and have 2 of the exact same coupon, you can only use one per transaction). And they do not accept any printable coupons for free items.
      Now, that being said, I have not had any trouble with any of that at my stores. I use multiple coupons of the same thing and never have any trouble. You can print coupons from the Harvey’s website (www.harveys-supermarkets.com) so I do not see how anyone in the company could think they could refuse them! Good luck everyone, I really love Harvey’s and wish you all had a store like mine!
