From the road on I-26… The penny item for today 4/26 is — Publix Spring Water.

Sorry this slipped my mind this morning as we packed up the kids to head to a yearly church reunion out of town.

Kroger deals are done too and will be up as soon as I find real internet (not just a Blackberry).

    Aha! I was wondering what happened!
    I called the Columbia Publix and was told that Kellogg’s Raisin Bran or Raisin Bran Crunch was the penny item.
    I’ll ask for the water – could use that more with summer coming.

    FYI–The Trenholm Plaza Publix is out of water so they are doing Honey Bunches of Oats instead.

    I went in for my usual Sunday grocery run and my Publix (Memorial Drive, Stone Mountain, GA) was doing a special “Family Reunion” event today. They had a bunch of free food to taste and they were giving out a booklet called “Family Reunion Planning Guide”. In the back it has a $5 off the purchase of $50 or more coupon good through Oct. 31, 2009.

    Do we not get penny item if we live in Florida. I can’t find it in the add and my Publix is acting like they know nothing about it. I have nothing to show them to “prove” it either…help!!??

      The new Green Advantage Buy Flyer starts 5/2. I will have the deals up on Wednesday with the new Publix list.

    Thanks Shannon! I went to the Trenholm location tonight and did 4 separate orders so I could use 3 sets of my FL Suave coupons and MFG coupons and get 4 of the Honey Bunches cereals.
    Going to hit the Gervais location tomorrow to see what their penny item is and get a few deals I missed.
    BTW the SC Johnson coupon booklets for cleaning supplies are at the register at the Trenholm location, and they still have a full display of the Earth Day booklets in the front of the store near the picnic items display. That’s the one with the BOGO Vitamin water and $1 off Soy silk Q’s.
    It’s a great week for Publix!

    My cousin across town said her Publix’s penny item was the 6 pack of water (didn’t catch the ounces). My store’s was Cabot salted stick butter. Also, don’t forget the new “go organic” booklets are out!

    I had a great experience at my Publix today. Its the Publix at Five Forks in Greenville I got
    3 Rice A Roni
    2 Jars of Fruit
    2 Hunts Ketchup
    2 Skippy Peanut Butter
    The penny Water
    Chocolate Candy Bar

    Total OOP 1.27 was mad though because I left one of my Skippy coupons at home. I also used a $5.00 RR from Walgreens

    Have any of you received the $10 Publix gift card from the Pillsbury/General Mills promotion in February? I haven’t received mine yet, and I’m sure that I mailed the information over 8 weeks ago. Any ideas?
