The Mystery Penny Item at Publix for Monday & Tuesday 4/13- 4/14  is: Publix Bleach
(some stores vary)

Publix is closed for Easter on Sunday.  Happy Resurrection Day!

You can get the Penny item with any purchase that is $10 or more before coupons. There is a Mystery Penny Item coupon in the Publix Sunday Ad every week. Some stores do not require this coupon, but many have changed and do require it now, check with your store to find their policy.

    I picked up coupons this week in the foyer at my Publix that read:
    $3 off Pork when you buy Kingsford charcol
    $1 off Ken’s Marinade adn sauces
    $1 off KC MasterPiece BBQ sauce

    with the deal this week, use it on the B1G1 for Ken’s and I also noticed that the $3 off any Publix Meats coupon on the Charcol is no longer available, so this $3 off coupon will replace it! Hope it’s in your coupon section.

    I also found good coupons on Weight Watchers products yesterday! Happy Couponing!

    One more thing, I used the store $5 off One a day wyb 2and the $4 off wyb 2 coupons last week when they were on sale, made them $2.50 each, sorry forgot to post this deal! Busy week!

    I can’t help but notice that most of the printable coupons have the http://www.veri-fi.com on them. Are these real and viable coupons? I only ask because of CVS refusing them. I just printed the Kellogs coupon from the link and it has this as well, I dont’ want to be embarrassed again at Publix.

      Gabrielle,

      Veri-fi.com is one of the largest coupon verification programs around. They are all legitimate coupons and are authorized by the manufacturers. I have logged a report with Veri-fi to let them know that CVS is very misguided and needs to be corrected. The Manufacturers pay to place there coupons on sites like coupons.com and smartsource they would not want to pay money to distribute a coupon and then have the stores not take it. I give CVS a week and they will change their tune. Don’t worry Publix will honor a printable coupon as long as you obtained it from the source and did not make a ton of copies of it yourself.

    which ad has the penny coupon in it? I didn’t buy today’s paper because there were no coupons in it. I didn’t even consider that I wouldn’t get a publix ad!! oops!!!!!

      The weekly Publix ad has it on the front cover, it should be in the store when you go in tomorrow, so don’t worry about it.

    KOTEX! (I have three teen daughters…)
    Use the Publix coupon for buy Kotex pads, get liners/tampons free. All the $3.03 boxes.
    Then, use the $1 off pads and $.75 off liners/tampons Q’s from last week’s paper. I also have some printed coupons from earlier on this site… print limit reached.
    That’s 2 boxes of Kotex for $1.25 total.
    Going again tomorrow to stock up…..

    I am new to this, so forgive me is this is a stupid question! I noticed you linked to a Food Lion coupon for a Publix sale item (Similac). Will Publix honor a Food Lion store coupon?

    Publix will honor Food Lion coupons if it is a competitor to your store. Call or ask at your Publix before you shop. A Customer Service staffer will be happy to answer that question for you. In my Publix they take Food Lion, in the one my husband works at just 17 miles away – they don’t.

    I sent my hubby in to get some GreenWise milk and the penny item. He came out with the milk and hamburger helper. He said they sub’d it for the bleach. Poor thing – he thought he got cheated. I told him the make subs when something runs out…

    Is that all he bought? My store requires a $10 purchase before it’ll give the penny item. I think this is technically correct and they enforced it. I tried to get it and one other item once and they turned me down!
