Please note: These all say “One per person, per transaction, PER DAY”.  Please do not ask Food Lion, Publix or any other store to accept more than that.

      The Tyson Chicken doesn’t expire until 8/30.

      Store 980 would not let me use these coupons. I have used them many times in the past, but they said it violated store policy last night.

      Also, is the Tyson coupon a manufacturer’s coupon b/c it starts with a 5 instead of 0? I never would have noticed that. Do you look for that always or do you just have a good eye?

      FL chicken should work with any FL chicken..I would think. I got a good deal today on the Butterball turkey meat…Meat Manager was just about to mark down $2.39 a piece Spaghetti tonight.

      hey! it’s almost like the A1 BOGO again! The insert qs expire on 6/10, but there is also an IP for $2/1 at http://www.youtube.com/a1. My Publix has A1 for $4.19. Use $2/1 Insert or IP and the FL $2/1, .19 cents for one! (10 cents more than the BOGO deal, but in case you missed out!)

      I swear I saw a $5/3 Tyson product coupon somewhere – but can’t find it in my coupons. There was not a tearpad at Publix and I haven’t made it back to Kroger to see if there was a tearpad there. Has anybody else seen this coupon? I’m starting to build up enough Tyson coupons to make buying 3 very worthwhile.

      There’s a $5/3 Banquet chicken in May’s Publix Advantage Buy ads. Perhaps that’s what you’re thinking of?

      Have to made MAD RUSH back to FL…hubby left fridge open last night and every thing spoiled…all the great deals I worked so hard to get this week…I could just scream…………..thanks for listening/reading….I had stocked because yesterday was last day of school…two boys home for the entire SUMMMMMMMMMMMER

      Is it common for Food Lion to have a flyer that goes for 2 weeks? Does this mean they won’t be putting one out next Wednesday? I am new to couponing!

        Publix is the only store that accepts competitor coupons.

      I just got a super deal on cherry dr pepper from food lion in suffolk, va. 12 pack cans are on sale this week for $2.49 with your mvp, there is a coupon attached to the case of cans for $2.00 off which makes a 12 pack only a whopping 49 cents. This was for cherry dr pepper and diet cherry dr pepper. STOCK UP!!!

      Hi,

      Has anyone ran into problems with having a FL coupon and a man. coupon at Food Lion? I had a FL and a man. coupon for Tyson Chicken in the BAG…the 2nd coupon (man. coupon) beeped, the manager came over and said that because it was for the “same” item that they couldn’t accept two coupons. I said, Yes, but it’s a FL coupon and one is a man. coupon. But he still said, “No” because it was for the same item. I wanted to say, “Isn’t that the point…so that I get more money off the same item?”…but I didn’t I just had them take the item off my purchase (so aggrevating).

      Can anyone help, should I write the corporate office and see what happens?

      You should just be able to call customer service (Salisbury) and they should be able to clear it up. Did you leave the items are purchase them. I am a firm believer in standing up for yourself and letting them know that OK thanks, I will not purchase this item.

      I am very new to couponing (just started with the HT triples) and it has not been easy! A lot of the “free” stuff I read about from you veterans, I am unable to get.
      Currently, I am encountering a problem with using the coupon for Planters Trail mix. I have noticed that they are free at some stores and approximately .67 at others!
      This happened at 2 different Food Lions in Rock Hill. One gave me money back……and the other charged me.
      Is anyone else experiencing this? What should I do?

      Okay, I just started to post and I erased it. Ooops.

      I have a few questions –

      #1 – If something says buy 1, get 1 free at Food Lion, can I just purchase one and get it 1/2 off?

      #2 – Nikki – I just started and I haven’t been able to get the Planters for $.69 or free. In fact I am paying over a dollar so I think you are doing great! Sorry I can’t help with your questions. Clearly I am not doing so well! :)

      Thanks, I will contact the Salisbury office for Food Lion. I actually told them to put the item back. I used to work at Food Lion and I know that you can use a FL coupon and a man. coupon for one item. ??? Why do they give us such a hard time? I went to Walgreens the other day and, for the first time, I’ve been couponing for about a year this lady acted like she was really impressed with my trying to save money with coupons. I walked out with 2 bag fulls and paid about $7! Sometimes, it is discourging though when you encounter something like “Food Lion” the other day…

      I am the Rock Hill resident EXPERT!!! OK self proclaimed. Which store did what? they should be on sale for $1.79 coupon for $20 overage 21cents, the rule is NOT to give cash back, but some will. Need more details on the one that charged you…all prices should be in the same in the ROCK HILL locations..one by the Hospital, Main & Heckle.

      I love your blog! I am truly a fan. I saw you at HT during triples but didn’t want to be a stalker!
      The FL off Heckle gave money back! I must say you must have wiped out the candy blinky machine because I didn’t get any!
      The FL by the hospital charged. I thought my MVP card wasn’t in effect because the sale price was not noted on the receipt but it later called me a valued MVP customer at the end! I don’t know what happened. Today I tried giving the coupons and then my MVP card (in an attempt to get my candy fix and trail mix) but still ended up paying $0.57 (in Fort Mill).

      Deal Alert!!!! I went to FL yesterday and found clearenced out St Ives facial blemish clenser. The sign was marke 1.74 so I got 2 because I have a boat load of those coupons. For some reason I managed to get out of the store without my receipt but I got:
      (1) pk of chicken
      (1) pk of om hot dogs
      (2) st ives
      I used these coupons:
      (1) $2 off fl chicken
      (1) Free OM hot dog
      (2) $1.50 off St Ives
      My total was -$.03…. and yes they gave me 3 cents!
      The st ives had to be marked cheaper than on the shelf!
