I called the company when the rebate tab was still up. They were absolutely clueless. They kept trying to tell me to delete my cookies and it would print – it did not. So I talked to two different people and they both sent me coupons for a FREE orajel product up to $8.99 and several coupons for Arm & Hammer products – which I probably won’t use. But at least I got a couple freebies out of it.

I went to the Rite-Aid on Wade Green Rd in Kennesaw and the cashier would NOT accept that he could do BOGO coupons on a BOGO deal. He said they’d had a meeting recently and even though he asked the same thing “If you write in the amount, the manu reimburses so what’s the problem?” his manager told him they were not to accept BOGO on BOGO deals and that would be fraud. I tried to explain it and he said he absolutely couldn’t. I was pissed but polite and unfortunately, didn’t have time to drive 5 miles away to another one to get my free candy!! I’ll wait until CVS does a deal, since I have never had an issue there. I think I’m done with Rite-Aid – more trouble than the drive is worth.

I once returned an item that rang up incorrectly, but I had already entered the info on my scr rebate. I actually got reimbursed for it. I asked CS about it and they said often the returns don’t pair up with the rebate info that’s already processed and not to worry about it.

jenny I received a Q in my email for 5 off 25 spent but could not print it out. if anyone could tell me how to get pdf files to print. It only saves to my computer but will not open or print. I must be having computer problems. Uhg

The way I read it explained that made sense to me was, the Rite Aid sale makes one of the candy bars free, and the coupon pays for the other one.
Or in this case, .85 of the other one, so you get two candy bars for .03 cents.

My Rite Aids are also the smaller stores and don’t have the same sales as the Metro stores, but they say if I bring the sale ad in they will match the sale price. For some reason, Rite Aid didn’t include a sale ad in the AJC I got this week, so I wasn’t able to get the ear buds for $4.99 either.

I did the candy deal today. Had 10 of the B1G1 coupons, got 20 things of candy for tax only… I think it was .57 cents!!! It doesn’t compute in my brain how that works, but it computed at the store so I just enjoyed a wonderful three musketeer while posting this. YEAH COUPONS!

If you can’t use the items and they will be free or better, I’d suggest getting them and donating them to someone who can use them, or to a church or other pantry!
Several ladies, including myself, in my Sunday School decided in February to help stock our church pantry monthly using our coupons. At that time the walls were bare in the pantry but now they are overflowing to the point of needing a bigger room to store it in! It’s such a blessing to so many people, especially right now!

I had trouble getting the Sure rebate form to print from the web, but I saved it to my desktop and was able to print from there. Maybe this will help someone else!

Sharon, in my experience, it is possible to get the rebate on a raincheck. When you purchase the item via the raincheck, there is something the cahsier must to to get “raincheck” to print on the receipt. Then after I enter the reseipt on SCR on-line, I have to fax or email customer service for assistance with getting the rebate credit. I have found it is very helpful to get the barcode number of the correct item off the shelf tag and place it on the back of my raincheck. If you buy the wrong item with your raincheck, the rebate will not be ok’d by customer service. I have had this happen with toothpaste, and we know how many varieties of that there are in a single brand line.
Good Luck…be sure to mention to the cashier when you check out which ones are raincheck items, so she can get the receipt right. Review the receipt befor eyou leave to make sure the items is noted on there as a raincheck item.

I went to the Athens, GA Rite-Aid today and they were out of the Complete and the kids Oragel (sp). They said they might get some in Th., but if they don’t I can get a raincheck. That won’t help me out with the rebate, though. Has anyone encountered this situation–not able to get the product from the store dring the rebate purchase window? Am I just out of luck?

They will let you use a store coupon with a manufacturer coupon, and if they ever give you grief just show them the ad :)

I noticed in my ad that there is a Save $3.00 coupon in the Rite Aid ad and then it also says in a red oval “$1 off Manufacturers coupon available in most Sunday Papers.” Does this mean they will let you use the Rite Aid coupon in conjunction with another coupon from the Sunday paper?

You can buy the kids Colgate for $.24 this week. There’s an in ad coupon for $1 & a manufacturer coupon for $.75.
