buitoni

This month at Publix you have a store coupon and a manufacturer coupon to use for Buitoni pasta.  Put the two together to save $2 off one item!  That’s exciting enough for most of us, but Buitoni is also offering a free eco-friendly Rubberwood Buitoni pasta server (looks kinda like this) with any proof of purchase.  This is advertised in the most recent issue of Real Simple Magazine - pg 170 - the magazine is not required for the deal.

The coupons…
-$1 off Buitoni Riserva “Smart Summer Savings” booklet (store coupon)
-$1 off Buitoni SS 6/21 or printable  *new*

Take the UPC symbol, your receipt (circle the product and the date of purchase) and a note with your name and address — and mail them to:

Real Simple Magazine Buitoni GWP,
P.O. Box 4783,
New York, NY 10185-4783

Must be postmarked by October 19th and received by Oct 26th, please allow 6-8 weeks for shipping.  One per household.
(thanks Deirdre!)

You can also go here and enter a Real Simple - Buitoni sweepstakes to learn the art of planning the perfect party.

I ran through my store yesterday before my workout to jot down prices and snatch up any new coupons (still looking for that mysterious new cpn booklet!). In store specials included 32ct Electrasol tablets $7.79 bogo and Buitoni fettuccine and spaghetti were $1.89!!! HELLO MONEY-MAKER PASTA!!!! Gonna use the Harvey's $3/$5 seafood q to get a pound of the medium white shrimp ($4.99/lb sale) for $2 and make some Shrimp Alfredo!!!!! MMMMM crab legs tomorrow night!!! ;)

This is where the no small print rule comes in...
The Boutoni is on Advantage buy right now for $3 however, no where does it specify or state what kind. It only states a size, which is what the Riserva falls under.
In fact, when I bought 4, they all rang up "wrong" of course, so the cashier gave me a Publix promise and I was still able to use all my coupons so I got 4 packages for $3!!

Isn't the Publix coupon only good on the more expensive "Riserva" pasta?

I did this but my form didn't say UPC. It just the proof of purchase was the UPC. Did anyone else's say that?

I do not see the buitoni coupon on the site at all. Maybe its not for Florida?
  • Jenny
What do you mean by a note?
Cant I just put a return address?

    Hi

I'm a little bit confused on this deal at Publix. The $1 off Buitoni Riserva “Smart Summer Savings” booklet (store coupon)states limit one coupon per purchase...does this mean that you can not use a MFR coupon as well??? BTW your site ROCKS!!!

coupons.com has a $1 off coupon at the moment!

The fine print from my magazine does say original receipt. Try going back to Publix and seeing if they can still print a duplicate receipt. I know some stores using your card number that paid with can pull old receipts. If not just tell them exactly what you are doing and that you are going to rebuy it and they won't care. Since you are going to go home with same package.

Not that you knew in advance, but had you... the cashier can print numerous copies of the receipt as you check out if you ask them too.

    Hi Jenny

I was just wondering if you could tell me what to do if it turns out you have multiple items on one receipt that have rebates or mail in things like this. I bought an item during my Sunday trip to do a pre-planned mail-in rebate for. When I got home I noticed that my laundry detergent I had bought, had a free rebate offer on it too. Now I just saw this post and on Sunday I also bought 2 Buitini pastas b/c i had the coupons for it. I had planned on returning the laundry detergent and rebuying it to get a new receipt but I dont like to return food items if I can help it. Do you know if I have to mail in the original receipt or if i can photocopy it? All the rebates say no photocopies so I was hesitant to do so but I was not sure if you knew how strict they were on this. Thanks! PS - I love your website, thanks for all your awesome info!

    Sorry to confuse...

You don't need the magazine at all. Just mail in the UPC and the receipt and it is yours!
  • seacoastmom
Yeah! I bought 2 of these last week (for $0.19 each) & still have my receipts...now I just need to track down a friend who has a copy of this magazine! I know what we are eating this week so I can cut out those UPC's
