As for doing both rebates, I don’t think it will be a problem for you to only have one receipt. When I bought the number of items for the Bi-Lo rebate, it automatically printed a form when I checked out. On the form it only asks for name, address, phone number – no upc or original receipt. I guess they know you bought the items simply because the register wouldn’t have printed the form unless you bought the right number of items. Now I can mail my receipt in for the Kellogs rebate.

I apologize in advance, but I need to vent. I will never do another grocery rebate again! It is such a game of Gotcha…and they got me…and good. I’m going to stick with mastering couponing & CVSing.

I am unable to print the form correctly (printer issues), where can I get the form? Is it in a coupon insert or just in the paper? I don’t have the paper anymore but I have the coupon inserts for several weeks. Thanks!

The same thing happened to me yesterday. I am bummed about it but I just emailed kellogg’s to see if it’s possible to send in a copy since we are sending in UPC’s off of the products. Hopefully, they will let us do this. I was so proud of myself also because I got all 10 poptarts for FREE at publix. I am keeping my fingers crossed til I hear back from them.

AHH Help!!!

I was all excited today at Publix. I spent $44.42 in total with a savings of $69.85. In this one trip I qualified for the Fuel for School rebate and the Kraft rebate (with an additional Publix receipt I have) but then realized they both require the original receipt.

Is there anyway to get around this?

Do you think there is a way to do both this AND the BILO fuel for school in the same transaction? i.e, am I not going to be able to do one offer because I have to send the receipt in for another? All I know so far is that the Kelloggs fuel for school rebate DOES require you to send in the receipt, UPCs, and rebate form. BUT, all the BILO website says is that there is a mail in rebate form that will be printed with my transaction…has anyone used the BILO Fuel for School and/or know if I have to send in the receipt and UPCs for the BILO one too?

Allison…just a suggestion. Ask your Publix if they will do a refund and rering Waffles separtly. Explain your rebate problem and see if they are willing to help. Otherwise you will have to just chose between the 2 rebates. Both require original receipts. You may try writing or calling both companies and see if any of them will allow a copy. Make sure to get a name or get it writing though if they say YES. I am soo sorry that happened to you. I almost did the same thing and realized before going to the store I needed to buy waffles in a separate transaction. LOL..I paid like $2.62 for the 10 waffles and only .62 cents for all my groceries( about $130.00 worth). It’s ok cuz i’ll get back the $10 for the rebate so still a Money Maker.

If you get 5 deals of BOGO you are physically buying 10 items whether or not you are paying for 10.
So if you buy 10 items and only pay for 5, it still counts.

When you’re doing the B1G1 deals, how does that work with the $10 rebate? Are you only counting the cost of 1 of the items or both?

I just got back from Publix & after the $10 Fuel for School rebate I will have paid 20 cents each for (10)eggo waffles! Not a money maker for me but really great for using NO coupons :@) We go through about a box or more. Even better, my kids really LOVE the Whole Wheat ones!!

I just printed out the rebate form and here are a couple of things that may help:
1) Only ONE rebate per name,address, or household.
2) You must purchase 10 of any combination of the brands listed on the rebate form purchased in one transaction on one store receipt.
3)Items must be purched between 7/6/09 and 9/30/09.

They don’t have to be all the same item. The only two deals out right now happen just be one item at those stores. Soon we will have some other deals though.

I keep seeing your examples with 10 of the same item…
Do you have to buy 10 of the same ITEM?
Or can it be 10 participating Kellogg’s products?
Because you can go to Kmart and use double coupons for that stuff…
