FYI...my entire family works for kroger @ 3 diff stores (in great lake region though) and 2 of the stores have the policy to overide on the coupons for as many as the customer has as long as it is 1 coupon per item purchased. The other store (same zone mind you) won't. SO, bottom line is learn your stores. Ask the Customer Service Supervisor what the policy is before you shop, most times they are polite enough to answer and if they know you're willing to do separate transactions to get your deals, they will probably avoid it and override as they don't want to back up their lanes....that being said- rumour has it in the GLR stores, triple coupons this Fri,Sat,Sun 8/21,22,23! It is going to be a last minute advertisement, so be ready!

I'm outside Dallas, TX- Aussie products did not work for P&G deal, and they are $2.99 each. My cashier typed in the wrong price ($3.49 instead of $2.99) for my bogo coupon, so I still ended up getting 2 for $.50 total (used e-coupon, too). But, I had to find 2 other P&G items to reach my 4. Still a good deal, though! Also, they didn't have the pecan Honey Bunches of Oats in stock yet. Oh well.

The Leonards - YES! I got coupons in the mail from Kroger this week, similar to yours. One for a free bag of Doritos! Kids were happy about that one.

Amanda - the fuel for school is a brochure sized coupon booklet that I found at the Customer Service desk at Publix. Not sure if Publix is in VA....

This is for Baxter. I also shop at the Mechanicsville, VA store and have never had a problem with coupons or IP Qs. Do you mean you cannot use more than two total IP coupons or two of the same? I definately use more then two IPs regularly and sometimes of the same product as well. I have never had a problem with Kroger and when I do I go to customer service. If they mischarge me, don't double a coupon, miss a coupon (I keep track of # of Qs and $ price points), or whatever the case may be I take it to customer service. Also, I have had a catalina that expired two days before I went shopping and I called them and asked if I could still use it. The customer service lady said she would approve it if need be, but it scanned fine. Anyway, I shop at the store weekly and never have issues. If you do, talk to customer service and stay on top of all discounts and Qs. Ask and you shall receive!!! They like to keep their customers happy.

I received two coupon mailers from Kroger today. The one was a school shopping mailer (these special topic ones come about once a month or so) and a special one geared to my shopping (these are different per shopper). I am excited to get a $5/50 grocery Q and a $3/15 frozen foods Q. It has been awhile since I have seen these.

I am new to knoxville,TN area. does kroger or target or food city accept competitor's coupon like from any of the other stores listed above or CVS or Walgreens? Or would any of the stores take multiple manufacturer coupons for one item? i hear a couple people mention doubling. Does kroger double coupons? what's the requirement for that?

Thanks in advance

Has anyone loaded their kroger card with the Unilever ecoupons that are new to the Kroger.com website? I noticed it there tonight, but I haven't seen anyone blogging about it today.

I had the same problem with pg esavers I had 4 that didn't come off for a total of $4.75 ,contacted them and got the same response you received. Got a email today saying I have been credited $5. (It took 3 days)and they gave me a extra .25 ,now hopefully the credit will deduct from my card.

The new P&G covergirl coupons are coded a 992, which for some reason always beep at Kroger. The ones from the 6/28 Parade should be fine.

My Kroger in Canton GA also did not have the Crest 10/$10 but the cashier said she thought that was last week, but it should be coming around again in a few weeks. I'll save my coupons for then. I have 9 coupons some for .50 and some .75 so I am looking forward to great toothpaste deals!

Michelle - I used the $2.50/2 coupons and those DID work, no problem. I got 2 packs each of the powder puffs and makeup sponge wedges, so I also got a bit of overage.

I tried to do the Covergirl deal last night with the $2.50/2 coupons, and the system wouldn't take the coupons. The items I bought were over $2 each before the $4 P&G discount, so I don't understand why they wouldn't take them. The cashier tried to override the coupons, but she couldn't.

Has this worked for anyone else?

Michelle and Melanie - The Aussie was $2.99 in Knoxville but it also didn't have the P&G promo tags anymore (last week it did). I decided to get it anyway, used my paper $2/2 coupon, and the PG e-coup for $2 didn't come off!

This happened to me last week also when I bought Herbal Essences that WERE tagged as part of the promo. Used the Buy any HE product, Get FREE Styler paper coupon, and the e-coup didn't come off. I emailed P&G and all I got was a reply to make sure I'd bought the right items.

Michelle in Georgia, the Aussie is $2.99. These prices shown above are with the $1.00 P&G discount. (see Jenny's notes above). I believe if you had bought the (2) Aussie at $5.98/2, $2.00 would come off for the promotion, then the $2.00 P&G ecoupon (provided you added it to your Kroger card), then the $2/2 manufacturer coupons (provided you had this coupon), thus the 2 items would be free. I believe that is right. :) Melanie

Christianne, I just went to Kroger for the second time and also noticed that my shortcuts e-coupons did not work. I was able to use my PG and my cellfire but not the shortcuts. I'm like you and am not sure why but I won't plan on using them until I find out why.

They didn't have the 10 for 10 sale at my Kroger this week (Columbia Road in Martinez, GA), so I couldn't get the crest for 1.00. The cheapest crest toothpaste they had was 2.69.

Also, the cheapest Aussie hair care products were 2.99 instead of 1.99, so I didn't get any of them, either. :(

Kraft salad dressing on sale at my store for $1.69. If you have the printable from a few weeks back for $1.50 off any Kraft makes it 19 cents.

Hi Christianne. I believe you have to have them scan your groceries first and THEN your store card THEN your other coupons. Because of the computers it has to be done in a certain order.

Hi, I had asked a question earlier, but never got answered. Has anyone tried the shortcuts e-coupons? I have only tried it once, and it did not show up on my receipt. If it works for other people, I'd like to try again. I've never had a problem with PG e-coupons though.. Thanks!
