There are only two magazines that we pay for in our house: All You and Southern Living. Based on the name of this site I hope you aren’t too surprised.
If you are like us, then you might be interested to know that Amazon has Southern Living Magazine 1 year (13 issues) subscriptions for $5 right now through 8/29! This is by far the best price I have ever seen for this magazine. Think Christmas presents (it normally costs $25-$30 so they will think you went all out).

P.S. My husband just reminded me that we also pay for one other magazine, World. Just to be honest…

There are not many coupons if any in these. They are really for that downtime unrelated to couponing :)
Thank you! I swore to myself I would never order another magazine subscription (never seem to find the time to read them!) but I couldn’t resist this one. Guess I’ll have to make time!
BTW… the Country Living one shows a $10 price now.
Is there a way to save it for a Christmas present or does it start automatically?
They will all start in 8-10 weeks so probably late October or November - but you could call and place it on hold a few weeks after ordering and that should do it!!
i am definitely going to do this for holiday gifts!

Thank you for the Southern Living! Also, when I clicked on the Country Living, it was $10, is that correct? Can you delay the start of the magazine to correlate with Christmas? Just wondering, if so you could actually let it start in Dec. or Jan. Thank you for any help!

You can’t delay it when ordering you will need to call the Southern Living customer service center and place it on hold. Wait a few weeks after ordering for them to have your info.

For those who mentioned that Country Living is $10.00, at the top of the screen, it says “Pay just $5.00 at Checkout–the extra discount is automatically applied when you check out”, and it worked for me!

One more comment - The Country Living was listed at $10.00 - though it said the discount would post at check out - it did not and they charged me $10.60. I cancelled the order when they emailed me. Was there a code for this magazine I should have entered? Did anyone else get it for $5.00? I would love this one also. But if not- I am psyched about the Southern Living.
At first it was letting me order more than 1 subscription, but mid-finalization it changed it and now won’t let me order more than one subscription. Any ideas?

Thought the offer might be maxed out, but I was able to get two subscriptions even though it is late.
Unfortunatly, I missed out on this deal however; I just went to Amazon.com and ordered a 2 yr subscription (19.97 at checkout) and then they applied a $5 credit. So you get 26 issues for $14.97…that’s only .56 per issue. To me that’s a good deal as well.
