I got it for free. But it took a while to get it right. It did not take the code first.

I can't figure out how to get it to work. The first time I enterred the code, it took the code but the screen went blank. I tried to install the software they wanted me to install (MP3 downloader, I think). The screen went blank again, with a "done" status in the bar at the bottom of my screen.
I tried to go back and enter the code again and just start over, but it gave me an error message. Has anyone had success with this free download? I'm sure it's easy. I just can't seem to figure it out.

Well, they charged me for mine even using the code number I was susposed to use.
