I took the quiz and printed my coupon and got this bar code:
876561600098. I took the quiz several days later on a different computer and printed the coupon and got the same bar code but with a different expiration date. Leads me to believe, that unlike last time on the redifill coupon, that you can only do one of these per Extra Care card.
  • Steve
My question was answered on the replies to the current ad. You just change the settings and it will give you a new bar code.

Can someone explain the ECB? I do not understand completely...do u get the ECB if the item for example says: you pay w/card $2.99 then, ECB reward $2.00 after the ECB its only .99....do you have to already have the ECB to get this or are they giving it to you for the purchase? I'm confused, please help!
  • cari
ECB prints out after your receipt when you purchase the promoted item.
  • Sally
I seriously can't believe some of you want to get the flu shot just to get a coupon book...Do you have any idea what they put in that?!
Please do your research and look up the ingredients.
  • Samantha White
My doctor (who is intelligent enough to become an MD) ALWAYS gets a flu shot. His wife and kids do too.

I wonder why this doctor would endanger himself, his family and patients by being pro-flu shot??

    Any ideas???
  • cari
I agree... I didnt think the coupons were even that exciting (saw the list)
  • kelli
I took the quiz twice and printed the coupon twice. Both have 10/7 as the expiration date.
  • cari
did you clear your flash cookies before the second print?
  • Tina
how do you change the flash cookies?
  • Angel
I took the quiz and printed the coupon, no problem. Thanks, Jenny!

    GET A $100 COUPON BOOK!
    thru Sep 26

Just ask your pharmacist for a Prescription Savings Review.†
Bring in your prescription bottles or a list of medications. Your pharmacist will discuss ways to save money without compromising your health.
†While supplies last. Good for items throughout the store.

In regards to the $100 Coupon Book It's a smart way to save. The pharmacist - Katy at CVS 1769 Montgomery Hwy, Hoover, AL 35244 (closest to The Riverchase Gallaria) does not give you the Coupon Book without giving you a hard time about signing up for her CVS Readyfill program and or making an appointment to sign up & after your appointment you are signed up she says she will give you the coupon book then. Also, Katy says it is one coupon book per person for the program period(if the program runs one month or one year). I think she must be receiving commission on how many she signs up!!!
  • Samantha White
    Aha!

That must be who I saw flying a broom down Montgomery Highway. She isn't early for Halloween...she's just being Katy! LOL
  • Nick
    Got the coupon A-ok. Thanks!

Anyone that uses it twice let us know please as that's always a point of wonder.
  • Amy
Jenny - I thought I remembered seeing you say somewhere that you DON'T have to get the flu shot to get the $100 coupon book??
  • Jenny
You shouldn't. The ad and everything they have put out says in the fine print no purchase necessary.
  • JessG
I tried in Firefox and it did not load. I tried it in IE8 and it worked fine.
  • Amy
    can't find the quiz either...
  • Angie
I just took the quiz and the exp date on my coupon is 10/06/09. I also was able to print the coupon 3 times with no trouble. You may be able to print it more times, but I knew I wouldn't use all of them before the exp.
  • Jennifer
Do they each have a different barcode number? If not it will beep and say you have already used it.
  • Twana
even when I retake the quiz, it's the same barcode :(

The price of the flu shot is like $24.95. My question is can we use the $5 off coupon to purchase the flu shot and maybe a filler item so that the purchase is over $25.00?
  • kelli
The coupon says that it can't be used on prescriptions... a flu shot isn't technically a prescription but my guess is that they wouldn't let you use it. I know that my store probably wouldn't. It's worth asking though.

As for the price, $24.95 is close enough to use the $5/$25 on. I've used may $$/$$ coupons that we within a few cents and they still work fine.

Thanks Jenny! I just started using this site - great site by the way - so I missed that post.
  • Stella
Coupon prints when I did the quiz using Internet Explorer as my browser.
  • Colleen
I had no problems with quiz or printing q. I used Safari for that.
  • Stella
I had the same experience as RJ. I was using Firefox. I'll try with Explorer next...
  • RJ
Took quiz. Window appeared to "print". Nothing ever happened. No coupon. Hit refresh...coupon gone. Start over....
  • Jeff
I can get to the page that shows the link to the quiz. It loads but questions never come up.
  • Teresa
I just took the quiz and printed the coupon. The only problem is the coupon expiration date is 02/28/02.

Does anyone know why the expiration date is nearly 8 yrs old?
  • Amy
I have tried to take the quiz and the page freezes up on the last question.
Also, I am on the CVS advisory panel and they pay with ECB. BUT, I have a call in to them because when ever I try to use the ECB it comes up at CVS as coupon already used .. And the coupon they give me always expires the same day it is printed. CVS is frustrating me.
  • andrea
i did my survey today and expires 10/06. maybe expires a certain number of days from time you take the survey.
  • Donna
I still can't seem to find the link to take this quiz. I see all the links regarding flu, but no link for a quiz.
  • Thomas
There's a link on the same page as the survey that says "Come into CVS for your flu shot and we'll give you a $100 coupon book"

Anyone know how much the flu shot is and what is in the coupon book?
  • Laura
in Irmo, the cost is $30 and they will file it through you insurance for you.
  • Jenny
    Thomas,

  • Karen
I can't seem to find the quiz on the CVS website.
  • Jenny
If you follow the link above and then scroll down you should see it. Let me know if you still can't find it.
  • Jenny
I think the quiz is gone. I can't find it anywhere on the website. Am I doing something wrong?
  • Sue
I just took the quiz and got the coupon. On the CVS homepage click on Minute Clinic on the right and then "get a flu shot". Scroll down for the quiz link.
  • Jenny
Thank you for your help. I found it.
