Rite Aid items are any items in the store (except for exclusions like rx, cigarettes, alcohol and gift cards). It is not limited to Rite Aid brand products. However, anyone can get a discount card from the pharmacy that will give you a 10 percent discount on all regular price Rite Aid brand items any day and a 10 percent discount on any full price any brand item (exclusions apply) on Tuesdays. First Tuesday of each month is bonus 20 percent off. This was formerly for seniors who got prescriptions at Rite Aid, called "Living More" discount card. It is still valid. The new card is blue. It will also give a 10 percent off of prescriptions you have to pay full price for. This card began being distributed early this year.
I am a Shift Supervisor at Rite Aid. I kept having customers bring in this $5 off 25 coupon, and I couldn't find it on my own! I asked a customer what the site was,and was directed here. I asked another customer and she also said SS so here I am for the first time and quite happy. I saved the coupon to paperport which is great software we bought. I made multiple coupons on the same page in black and white and eliminated a lot of ink waste, and I will have enough to last several weeks, and to give a few away.
Rite Aid is glad to have the business and at our store, we just scan the $5 one first if the subtotal is over the qualifing amount. Then take off the other coupons.(we can't use any internet coupon if it won't scan.) You can use one coupon from the Rite aid weekly advertisement that comes out in Sunday papers and is also viewable at RiteAid.com, and then also use a manufacturer's coupon. Do you know what you pay if it is on sale buy one get one free and you have a coupon that is also buy one get one free? 2 free things. But technically if it is on sale buy one get one free, you can only use a coupon for the product you pay for. You can't take off more than the value of the item.
I was at Publix and the lady in front of me presented a RiteAid coupon and got the $5 off there. I have to try that! Thanks to all.

Today, I went to Rite-aid prepared for the first time with the suggestions you have provided. The $5. coupon would not scan. The clerk informed me that could not utilize the numbers under the bar code to provide the $5. off. And, recently the cashiers were informed they could not accept the coupon unless it scanned. The bar code was clear. In reading, through the comments. Am I to assume that this is a $5 coupon for only Rite-aid items?

Mary, many Publix will take these Rite Aid coupons as competitor coupons so they are nice to have. Since they are PDFs, you are able to print more of them than regular internet printables.

Just a note: I thought with the Fall Gift of savings, that the total to qualify was the before tax total on your receipt buts its not! Its the BEFORE coupons total! I did the diapers deal, the Tresemme deal and got some mascara last week. I spent ~$24.00 and will get $15.00 back in SCR. So I thought I needed to spend at least another $1.00 to get the lowest rebate deal but I just checked and it said I spent $50.01 so I get the $10.00 rebate! So basically I got all that stuff for free!!!! How great is that!! :)

Sorry if this question is answered elsewhere but my eyes are burning from reading so much. Could someone tell me if it's acceptable to print the Rite Coupons in grayscale? The color background takes a lot of ink. Can't imagine printing pages of these things.

Yes, you can print the coupons in grayscale. Not everyone has a color printer ...

At my Rite Aid I am able to use more than one. I always have about 4 or 5 different transactions and they take one with each transaction. I guess they know me by now since I go every week.

Did the Rite Aid coupon come off? The $5 off $25 will not come up as of 9-23 at 515pm.

Ok, so I have a question. Can anybody tell me the "official" policy that Rite Aid has about these $5.00 off $20.00/$25.00 coupons. Ive used these coupons many, many times and the cashier always rings it up first. The other day I had to go to a different Rite Aid than I normally use (but have used at least once before) to find the right size diapers and the guy wouldnt ring it up first. He made me give him all my coupons and sorted through them before scanning any of them!! I asked him about it because NOBODY else does it that way and he told me that they were wrong. That they are supposed to scan that one last. I didnt see on the coupon where it says "after all other discounts/coupons" or whatever. Is he just being difficult or is that something I should be expecting from now on? Either way, Ill try to avoid that store in the future!!

My Rite Aid has been giving me a hard time lately. The latest is that we can only use 1 internet printable and they count the 5/25 as that.

I hold my coupons back and give them the 5/25 first and then my coupons. There was one time I had to argue with them bc the 5/25 does not state 25 after coupons.

I work at a Rite Aid and they are getting strict with coupons. 1 internet coupon and 2 coupons per item. Meaning if you buy 5 things of diapars you can only use coupons for 2 of them. which I think sucks. If it is a manf. coupon then you should be able to use as many as you have products. But that is just my opinion.

Amanda if that is the way that your manager is telling you to interpret the 2 coupons per item rule then he is wrong. 2 Coupons "per item" means per individual item... 5 huggies diapers are 5 items and therefore you could use up to 10 coupons (5 manu and 2 store). This rule is meant to keep from using more than 1 manu and 1 store Q per item. Also the official Rite-Aid coupon policy states that they will not accept AN internet coupon that is worth more than $5... some cashiers (and sadly managers) have interpreted this to mean that your total of internet coupons cannot add up to more than $5, but that is not what the store policy says.

It is also Rite-Aid's Official policy to accept the $5 off $25 Q before other coupons.

To Dianne: It is a pdf, so Rite Aid knows it can be printed more than once. And there is no wording on the coupon that says one use only. That said, I personally would not want to take advantage of Rite Aid's good will. So I would use it no more often than once a week, but that's just my opinion.
