During the process (download software and drivers) it asked if I wanted to uninstall and I said yes, followed the steps to uninstall and reinstall and as of right now all of my problems are solved and I can print smartsource coupons again. I would recommend updating the drivers from HP's site. If that doesn't work and you have access to a different printer that you can try with the same computer, I'd try that second.
