I traded in some grape jelly, peanut butter (partially used), seven cans of Mountain Dew and a box of Frosted Flakes. The manager was very excited to see what I had brought to trade in, and I got to pick any Earthfare cereal, jelly and peanut butter that I wanted. For the soda, at first she said she could only give me one bottle of vitamin water for the cans, but after I'd gotten my other goods she said I could pick out three - which I felt was totally fair, considering a bottle is 2.5 servings. The employees weren't sure how to do the exchange process yet, but I got the feeling that they hadn't seen too many come in, so I'm sure they'll be familiar with it soon. Also picked up the Holiday Savings coupon book, which was on a stand right at the front of the store. I'm super excited to give their food a try, especially because I can't usually afford it! There is a "Print" option at the top of the page which should increase the size of the print for you. The total of product "replacement" is about $17-$18 so definitely worth the trip! Also, there are some Holiday Savings coupon books at the front of the store at the entrance that had many manufacturer coupons for some Organic/Natural products including some Earth Fare store coupons as well.
