Regional Variations 9/27
· CommentsClick on the paper near you to see what coupons were actually in the inserts around the South East. Check out the differences to really get an idea of what paper is the best to buy. There are variations every week.
As folks send me the lists I will update with links so check back if your paper is not up yet.
If you haven’t seen your paper covered in a while and would like to cover it just send any changes for your area and I’ll get them posted!!
A few ways to use these lists:
- You see that you did not get a coupon that was released, you can go to online coupon sites and order it.
- Print the list for your inserts and keep it with your inserts to quickly know if you have that coupon.
- A way to decide what paper is the best paper in your area to buy.

I appreciate all the extra work from local area people! Could someone please tell me what the colors mean? I don’t know how to interpret the variation lists.
Thanks you!
Sorry, I usually stick in the legend but forgot this week.
Red = Not in this insert
Blue = A change in value from the preview insert
I see Columbia is the only one not updated. Is that because it is the list you print at the baseline one, or has it just not been entered yet?
as an aside…Thanks for all you do! Just now getting familiar with it since attending your couponing workshop. Don’t have any idea how you get this all done with 4 little ones about. You are amazing.
I actually have that one emailed from someone who makes the changes and they just haven’t sent it yet.
Thanks! I’ll check back!
I have the list from the Orlando Sentinel, how do I send it to you?
This is great info. Is there a somewhere on this site that has this same information in a spreadsheet or database? The reason is I would like to sort it by exp date, manufacturer, etc, etc.
If not, could the list be generated using commas as delimiters? Like this:
Smart Source, .55/1, 2000 Flushes Automatic Toilet Bowl Cleaner, 12/31/2009
Doing this would enable me to easily export this data into excel. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Jenny, do you have someone doing the NC Greensboro News and Record? I could if it would help.
