Good news for any Bi-Lo shoppers in the Midlands of SC. The Fuelperks program that has been ongoing on Charleston and the Upstate is starting Wednesday Nov. 4th!!! I knew it was coming, but didn’t expect it until after January…
For every $50 Spent you will receive 5 cents off per gallon of gas up to 20 gallons at BP and Shell gas stations. The new cards roll out on Nov 4th in the Midlands area.
What this means: You will need to get a new Bi-Lo card as you go into your store. It takes 4 seconds while they transfer your information. They are white and say “Fuelperks” on them. The only real difference is the back of the card has a magnetic strip rather than a bar code so you can swipe it at the gas pump. Shop like normal and build up your credits. Your $50 does not have to be all in one trip.
Accrue:
$50 in purchases get 5 cents off
$100 in purchases get 10 cents off
$150 in purchases get 15 cents off
$200 in purchases get 20 cents off

I’m so excited. This program puts the Kroger program to shame, and is at gas stations that are all over town!

I live in Greenville and have been doing this since it has started….I had so much saved up last time I got gas, that I got gas for 1.95 a gallon….It was nice :)

Is it just me or does it seem like the places that take the Fuelperks card have jacked their prices up to off set the discount…
When I used it last week at an “upstate” station, it was actually 2¢ lower per gallon than their competitors.
Hey…I’m a Bookkeeper @ Bi-Lo and just to inform you that shell and bp WILL NOT be going up on their prices just because of the fuel perks program….they aren’t losing any money Bi-Lo is 100% funding this program…so in reality shell and bp are just benefiting @ not cost to them
If you go to the bi-lo fuelperks homepage, you can look up where to redeem. I live in Greenville and have used it a few times. The gas stations closer to my home aren’t set up to redeem them.
I am glad to see this because I live “in the middle”. One of my Bi-Lo’s is upstate and one is midlands. Confusing!
fuel perks are added in before coupons are taken off. Unlike at blooms.You get bloom points after they take off the coupons….I don’t have alot of bloom points.
The Bi-Lo in the Darlington, SC area is doing this as well. It also will start on Wed. They will only hand them out unless you request it.
They are normally printed on the bottom of your receipt.
I use this all the time!! What I found works best is to set my goal at $1 in fuel perks!!! Makes it really seem worth it!!! I go 20 gallons of gas last week for $25.18!!!! I WAS SO HAPPY!!!!

the $50 is before coupons, so i saved my fuelperks for 4 weeks, here in asheville, nc gas is about 2.70 a gallon at shell (the ingles gas is much cheaper)anyway i payed 1.10 a gallon with my normal shopping (i use alot of coupons)
I plan on quitting soon to stay home so this is great news for someone who will be watching every penny. THANKS FOR ALL THE GREAT NEWS AND INFO!!! We love Southern Savers! We need to make up tee-shirts.
