Hasbro and MyBlogSpark recently sent a couple of games for my kids to try from the latest edition of the Elefun and Friends collection.  One of the games was the Scatterpillar Scramble.

The game required a little assembly.  The game itself is a green catepillar standing with all its legs held out like hands.  When you put batteries in, the caterpillar jiggles to the music. The object is for each of up to four players to place marbles in the caterpillars lines of hands, while he jiggles and also while using large tweezers.  First one to place eight marbles in the caterpillars hands with their tweezers wins.  The game is colorful and our children loved it.

The only downside, it is for children 3 and up, however, our 20 month old doesn’t read boxes and doesn’t subscribe to safety ratings.  So, I wouldn’t recommend this for families with children less than the age on the box unless you have children highly skilled at playing games without losing pieces (or trying to eat them).  The game is a lot of fun to play though.  Our 4 year olds would play with this until they drop.
