These deals start at Bi-Lo Sunday 12/27 and will run through 1/5. It is a 4 page small ad so I have no doubt that there are some deals from last week carrying over and possibly other new deals. If you find anything else in the store please share.

Coupon Policy:
1. Most Bi-Lo store double coupons that are .60¢ or less
2. You can “stack” a store coupon with a manufacturer’s coupon
3. You do not have to buy 2 of the B1G1 items to get the sale price
4. If you do buy two B1G1 items use 2 coupons if you have them

Has anyone had trouble when using a raincheck on B1G1 items if you have a coupon as well? Twice now the coupon I had did not double and when I questioned the assistant manager said they don't double coupons on B1G1 deals. Of course, they always do when I buy them without a raincheck. Just wondering what I can do about this? Thanks. This was the Sumter Bi-lo.

I havent read all the comments on here...but, I tried to use the Foodlion coupon for Swiss Miss Hot Chocolate at Bilo, and they told me they wouldnt take commetitor coupons. Even with the coupon at Bi-lo the Hot Chocolate was still 1.16. But when I went to Foodlion, their SwissMiss Hot Chocolate was $10/10, therefore with the coupon each box was FREE!!!! However, they had to ring each box up one at a time, because they wont let you use but one coupon at a time! I got 10 boxes of Swiss Miss Hot Chocolate for FREEEEEEE! Lol...I am loving this site.

I would add, I went to Publix, spent 66 dollars and saved 64 dollars. I would have spent more than 120 dollars for less than a buggy full of groceries.

Also at Krogers, spent 25 dollars and saved 24 dollars! This website is well worth the time and effort! Thank you Southern Savers!

I am very surprised that they let you use 9 coupons of the same store coupon all in one trip, even if in separate transactions. The coupon clearly states "Limit 1 (one) print per customer" followed by "Limit one use per purchase of specified product, per transaction, per person, per day." I think you may have simply gotten a cashier who wasn't paying attention. If others attempt it, they will likely not get the same deal. Just be careful. Some FL's are already not accepting ANY printed internet coupons, even their own, because of abuse of their policies, and because of fraudulent coups (as commented by other Southern Savers elsewhere).

I'm new to this but can't wait to start saving. I just recently became disabled short term due to high risk preg. so we are down to one income now. :( Thanks...

This is not the correct place to ask this..but... if I have a $1.50/2 coupon for the Carolina Pride Little Smokies, and they are a BOGO item, will BiLo adjust the $1.50 to .75cents for 1, or do I have to buy 2 of the Smokies for the coupon to work?
I'm still trying to figure this "couponing thingee" out! LOL

Susan if the coupon says 1.50/2 you do have to buy two items. I don't believe any store will adjust the coupon to the number of items you buy.

The smokies will ring up at 50% off each therefore you can use your coupon for the 2. (Bilo doesn't require you to purchase 2 items to get the sale price)HTH

I went to Bi-Lo and they had the Marcal Small Steps Single Facial Tissue B1G1, and I had the FREE coupon for 1 Facial Tissue or Single Paper Towel. The cashier didn't credit my coupon properly, so I got mine for 35 cents each, but...it should have been two for free...I'd think? Check it out if you are out there.

My rang up BOGO yesterday at $.85 each. Then the free coupon took off the $.85 cents and I got them free. I'd go back to the store and tell them they rang up wrong.

Just a suggestions for those that were trying to use their Target Q for the $5 off Kelloggs cereal....why not just take the Bi-lo ad to Target so you'll still get the same deal AND use their coupon???? Since they do do price matching...unless they don't do grocery ones?? I'm not sure. I know the last time, I used the Target Q and a Walgreens ad for the cereal and it worked so I got 4 boxes of Kelloggs for 2.98. I figured why stress on trying to explain the manufacture coupon w/ logo and just by it from the source...HTH!

FYI--Maybe everyone else already knows this but I didn't...the little survey on the end of your BiLo receipt...takes about 5 minutes and prints out a free something each month...this month it's free 5oz. bag of chips!!!

The BI-LO in Etowah, Tn wouldn't accept my internet BOGO Q for soy sauce but did accpet the $1.00 off of 2 bottles of soy sauce. The cashier tried really hard to make the register take the Q but it was a no go. Still, my senior 5% discount was worthy of the trip and along with my other Q's being doubled I did ok.
Last week I left the BI-LO with 6 box's of tissue for free. Yay!
I will take my BOGO soy sauce Q to a different store. FYI the Etowah, Tn Piggly Wiggly has Campbell's tomatoe soup for 59 cents. Piggly Wiggly double's Q's up to 50 cents but beware they have a list of will not take internet Q's but I don't know what all's on the list. They did however accept (Finally) my internet soup Q.

I found a deal tonight at the Bilo on Fairview Rd in Simpsonville. I bought 3 of the gingerbread scented Glade scented oil candle refills. I used a coupon for $2 off of 2 of them and another coupon for buy 2 and get one free. they are priced 2.99, on the display, but when I was just looking at my receipt, they are ringing up at 1.76 each! I had written in 2.99 in the box on the coupon (since I thought that was how much they were) so the cashier took off 2.99 for the one I got free. When all was said and done, I paid 0.29 for all three of them! These were on a cardboard display at the back of the isle. I think I may have gotten the last 3 of those, but there were also some holiday scented candles back there too, and I bet those are ringing cheaper than what they are marked too! Thought I'd let everyone know!

I haven't quite figured out how to get the RP coupons when it gives an old date (eg. 9/15). Can it be done?

I keep all coupons in a large basket in descending order (by date) I write the date at the top of each RP/SS/PG etc. Then when I read RP9/15 I dig down through my stack to the right date and take out that section, cut the coupon and put it back in the right date order for the next time. About every other month I go through each RP/SS/PG etc. and remove those pages whose coupons have expired. I will be discarding lots tomorrow since many coupons expire 12/31. After tomorrow, I won't be digging back to July 09!! It is SOOO much fun, I don't mind the culling out part!!

The BiLo in Aiken has stopped accepting competitors coupons. My cashier explained that it was because they don't get reimbursed. I don't blame them.

An FYI about Target "Manufacturer" coupons, and Publix:

I was disappointed about Publix not accepting Target logo manufacturer coups until I had a long talk with a store manager just tonight that handles the coupon processing. He said that they used to take them, but the manufacturers refused to reimburse them in the end (saying they only agreed to reimburse Target for them, not any other stores - which likely means they sold goods for a higher base price to Target to offset the coupon, but sold them for cheaper to other stores), so they had to quit accepting them.

So, basically, if your Publix takes them, great! Enjoy it while you can. But if they don't, can you really blame them? The manager I talked with said that some stores were losing $7,000 to $8,000.00 a MONTH due to coupons they were accepting, but not getting reimbursements for - mostly competitor coupons, by the way, which is why they tightened the restrictions so much in recent months.

I'd also like to add that this manager knows that I am a Southern Savers couponer, and he was totally respectful and pleasant with me, and stated that he had no problem with couponers who go by the rules, doesn't swipe the coupon booklets a stack at a time, and is polite and patient when they have to decline a coupon, etc. And this was AFTER I'd not watched the time and didn't get to the check-out until 15 minutes after closing. I'm just amazed by their customer service.

The Publix on Trolley Rd in Summerville, SC still takes the Target logo coupon and treat it as a manu coupon. Just stacked them today. Also just to let everyone in my area know, Trolley Rd Publix stopped taking the World Market coupons. They do still take the CVS and Rite Aid $5 off $25 though.

Today I tried to use a Mrs. Smith coupon in the meal deal. It was buy 2 tombstone pizzas, an apple pie, cool whip, and pepsi. They refuesed to take the coupon for the apple pie and said it has always been their policy since it was free. I attended a coupon workshop at Bilo several months ago and they specifically said that they accepted coupons with these deals. Who is right?

This coupon may have been ok if it had been scanned before your Bi-Lo card. Once your card was scanned, the amount for the pie was deducted, therefore the coupon beeped. However, most cashiers do ask for the card first.

Try the $5/4 Kelloggs Q at Publix. Their BOGO is for the larger boxes and they (Fairview road, Simpsonville) accepted my coupon today with no problem.

It is worth noting that Publix does NOT get reimbursed for ANY coupons that say they are manufacturer coupons but have a Target logo. But the Fairview Rd Publix is only a quarter mile away from Target, and they MAY accept it as a competitor coupon.

Unfortunately, the $5/4 Kellogs coupon won't work for the BOGOs b/c none of them are 10 oz. or higher as the coupon states they must be. Bummer :(

The Osteo Bi-Flex and Flex-a-min are both B1G1 at Bilo, but they are also B1G1 at CVS this week. You do have to buy both items (you can't buy only 1 at half price) but if you use coupons on both items and use the $5 of $30 (look for the link at the top of the CVS post), it ends up to be cheaper than buying them at Bilo.

The bi-lo on James Island has the Hormel Entrees for 4.99, use 1.50 coupon to make it 3.49.

Bi-Lo on Dick Pond Rd in Myrtle Beach would not except the $5 off 4 coupon on Kellogg's cereal. It wouldn't scan and manager said it was because it was a Target coupon. I didn't push it, I'm going to try it at another Bi-Lo later this week. I know the coupon works not just at Target because I've used the same kind a few weeks ago.

My Bilo in Mauldin (Greenville area) wouldn't take the $5/4 coupon either but there was a valid reason. This coupon is just not valid for these products. The coupon specifies 10 oz. or more size cereal. The cereals that are BOGO are smaller than that so it made the coupon beep. Otherwise they might not have noticed the Target symbol on it.

There is a $1/1 Q in 11/22 SS for Florida's Natural OJ - expires 12/31 though. Makes it $2/each!

The $1 coupon for the OJ was in a "Smart Source" coupon insert that came in the Novemvber 22nd Sunday paper

On Wednesday Jenny lists the upcoming weeks' Sunday coupons (AWESOME, THANKS JENNY!!!). Unfortunately though, not all Sunday papers have all the coupons. The bigger the paper, the more coupons they tend to have. Atlanta...a bunch...Charleston SC not quite as many but not bad :@)

I am only able to get the Augusta Chronicle on Sunday and because we live outside the Augusta metro area we often don't get any/all of the coupons that their local subscribers get. You get a free bowl with the purchase of two boxes. Hubby bought 12 boxes of cereals, got 6 bowls, and used the $5.00/4 boxes coupon and spent 3.86... There were lots of bowls too!

My Bi-lo (Greer, SC) wouldn't take the $5/4 coupon. They said because it was a Target coupon...I tried to explain that it was a MFG coupon, but the manager said no, they loose money on those. I just used the $1/2 and went on my way because I didn't feel like arguing today.

I live in Greer too, but I have had great success with the Bi-Lo on Wade Hampton in Taylors. The manager there is very coupon friendly!

My BiLo wouldn't take the coupon with the Target logo on it. I was getting Corn Flakes with a touch of honey already on clearance for 1.59...not a bad deal but could have printed off other coupons to make it better had I known. I went ahead stocked up lest they ran out before I could get back.
