      Wow! Do you know if we can stack mfg coupons with this? I didn’t see anything saying we could’nt but I wasn’t sure if Dollar General accepts coupons.

          So, did you ever find out for sure? I’m wanting to stack their in-store coupon for Band-Aids with a $1 off manufacturer’s coupon, but that’s the only way I’m willing to purchase them. (Typically I’d just buy the cheap-o’s.) Someone, please let me know if I can do this. Today they told someone they could not get one Kelloggs Corn Pops and one Kelloggs Frosted Flakes for $5 total, because it stated “2 for $5″ under each box! (We found another area where the sign stated $2.50 for Corn Pops. I very nicely pushed the subject, and the lady got her two cereals for $5. (Maybe they don’t get instructed well for coupons?)

        Dollar General does take MQs. Not sure about stacking at Dollar General.

      My Dollar General told me they will not accept internet coupons???? That doesn’t make since if they are going to “release” a coupon on the internet.

        The Dollar General Market in Ft Oglethorpe, GA does not accept internet coupons, either. Last year, Dollar General emailed me a coupon for Coke. I took it to Dollar General Market, but the store would not accept it. They told me that it was a fake coupon. I called Dollar General Customer Service when I got home and the at first the lady told me that it was a fake coupon. When I insisted that it was emailed to me by Dollar General, she put me on hold. When she returned, she said that they would call the store to tell them that it Was an official Dollar General coupon and that they could accept it. Well, I’d already driven out there and the coupon was only good for the weekend, so I did NOT return to try to use my internet coupon. I’m glad that some Dollar Generals are coupon friendly, unfortunately, they are not coupon friendly to me.

      The Dollar General here in South Congaree, SC doesn’t take printable coupons only manufacturers from a magazine or sundays paper. This doesn’t seem fair to have a coupon online but you can’t use it at that store, I agree with Carmen, it doesn’t make any sense. I tried using printed coupons from smartsource one time and was told that they donot accept any printable coupons at all.

      It says on the bottom of the coupon that if there are any questions then “See your store manager. Have them refer to STOREnet messages from Friday 12/18. If manager is unavailable please contact the Dollar General ERC at 1-888-237-4114″. I plan to use this coupon tomorrow and plan to follow the instructions if I have any problems.

      Just back from my local Dollar General. I stacked mfg coupons with the store coupon in Hoschton, GA, no problems here! I saved a total of $4! Yea!
