I had to point out that I had purchased the correct item/amount and then a manager had to come over. I don't see how it's worth the hassle, when just a block down the road is a Publix that takes everything, including FLIPS without blinking. I always have such a problem at my FL. My store it always super nice and friendly. The one time that I did forget to scan my MVP card before paying, they person at customer service was more than happy to go through all of my items and give me back the money I should've saved. I did a very detailed list this morning for the 8am sale with the toaster strudels and cheese and tonys pizza and I came across some dawn dish soap and popcycles well I did have my 2yr old with me so I couldnt watch each item but at the end after coupons and everything it came to 12.64 I paid it but I was like whoa wait a min. I stoped dead in my tracks and counted everything cause I knew how much everything was supposed to be and it was 4 dollars off. I went back and told the lady she was NOT happy and I could tell she was very angry as she was shaking. I just simple said it wasn't right and I wanted to redo the whole order because the reciept was confusing and made no sense!! it said poptarts on it and I did not even get poptarts!!! well anyways to make a long story short the manager guy had to come over and help us figure it out ( the cashier ended up leaving as she was mad lol ) but come to find out the problem was with the toaster strudels it never took off the discounts on it and in fact it added 50 cents!!!! The manager gave me back my money and I of course went and bought 4 more boxes haha But he gave me a 12 pack of coke for free for my trouble which was really nice!! and as for myself.. I am so totally proud of myself for catching it!!!!!
