Kroger appears to be going digital with their “My Magazine” coupons.  There is a new site here, to load more coupons from.  (I don’t think they are ending the mailed versions though I just got one in the mail today).

Note: Your Kroger card can hold 50 eCoupons on it from most of the sites combined.  I would recommend loading any  shortcut and cellfire coupons you want (they expire faster) then load any of these, and lastly load a P&G coupon only if think you will use it.  Most P&G products we will get cheaper at a drugstore.

Update:  It appears this has to be emailed to you for you to have access.  Try using the contact us form to ask for access??

i actually got this in paper form mailed to me - I'm pretty sure!
  • Julie in GA
Went to Kroger today and bought 3 packages of Private Selection Organic Ground beef that had been marked down on managers special to $2.59 for a 1# package. When I looked at my receipt, the ecoupon for $10 off a Private Selection roast came off with my ground beef purchase. Confused, but pleased as a peach!

Does anyone know of a Kroger store in the Chattanooga, Tennessee area?
  • Julie
all i had to do to get the coupons was register on kroger's home page and check all the boxes when they asked if you wanted to receive the weekly ad and promotions/coupoons emailed to you. Then, once you have registered, click on "my account", then "my coupons" and they are all there to load onto your card. Also, Jenny, it says you can select up to 100 coupons to load onto your card. Maybe you can do 100 from this site and up to 50 from all the others combined?? HTH
  • Thanks Julie - that's what worked. Logging in to my account at Kroger let me add coupons - I never would have found it had you not pointed it out! But my coupons were different than what Jenny has listed.
  • Is the soft coin site different than my magazine? Because the soft coin link (which I'm already signed up for) doesn't have any of the items that is in the original post. This sounds like a different site all together, but when I follow the link I also get a contact us page.
  • Amanda
I had the same problem. I already signed up for this site and these coupons are not available.
  • Mira
  • Nick
If anyone finds the correct link please post it for us. All I get is a contact us page
  • Alena
send them an e-mail with your info and wait for their response
  • Holly
I went to www.kroger.com and they have a 1-800 number listed for customer service. I asked to be put on their mailing list for the home mailer coupons and received a booklet within a wk or so.
  • meg
I got the email from Koger with all the coupons as listed by Jenny - some very useful deals!
  • Amanda
The link didn't work for me either, but I realized it was taking me to the site Jenny told us about called Fall Savings or something. However, the coupons she listed were not what I saw, but rather the old ones that were last there. I already added most of them.
  • mimi
how do you subscribe to the my magazine from kroger? this link only takes me to a contact us page.
  • Karoline
Sorry about the post I guess I just had to vent! :)
  • Heather
It's ok Karoline! I don't get one either but I don't have anyone that I can get theirs from. Oh well!
  • Karoline
It just drives me crazy that I don't get the mymagazine. I have contacted Kroger about it and they say they send them to their "best customers". I asked what you have to do to be a "best customer" and never got a straight answer. It makes me so sad. Fortunately, I have family that could care less about the home-mailer and consider it junk mail. Before I asked about them they were just tossing them. It still doesn't fix my issue of who are the best customers. oh well... someday
  • meg
I get lots of the mailers and best customer coupons - but I never ever spend $600 a month - thats more than my whole monthly budget! I do spend maybe $150-$200 OOP monthly at Kroger, but the total orders may be close to %600 before coupons. Maybe they look at your order before coupons?
Also, I frequently buy my gas there - using the .10 a gallon savings, maybe they count that too, since its tied to your shoppers card?
  • Amanda
Yes, I agree with Meg. I don't spend that either, especially now that I use coupons all the time. I don't spend anywhere close to $600 a month. Also, I get just as many coupons as I did before I was a huge couponer! I am just a regular Kroger shopper and also get their gas regularly. You just have to make sure Kroger has your correct mailing address and that your online preferences on their site are for both home mailing and emails. As I said, my friend started getting the mailings once she checked her online preferences and added she wanted home mailings! You should try that too or sign up on the website if you have not yet!
  • Amanda
I know my friend never received the Kroger home mailers and I told her to check her information on the website to make sure she checked to receive mail at home. Sure enough she did that and had only signed up for email and after checking that she wanted mail they started being delivered to her home. I get mine pretty regularly, a few a month or so with different themes like frozen or healthy eating. I also get the best customer coupons every few months that are coupons based upon my shopping. I hope this helps!

From what I was told when I called their customer service dept. out of ohio I think, I was told it is based on a percentage of what you spend in their store. The girl told me it would do no good for her to submit a request for me to get the "MyMagazine" because the office their would reject it since my account with them does not generate a dollar amount above $600. So I then felt hopeless and called my local Kroger branch, I was given to a very nice and helpful lady, she ended up sending me the my magazine and 2 pages of printed coupons that are specific to the user based on buying history, but these were her picks since I have no credibility yet. I am still not on the mailing list for the magazine or coupons, but this will do and I will see how well I can stretch all of these coupons! Give your local office a call. Someone will be willing to work with you.
  • Carrie
P.S. Publix is not as picky, if you sign up on their website for their magazine, then it will come to you with valuable coupons. No strings attached. I just love Publix.
  • Lynn B
I couldn't get the link you posted to work.
  • kasia
Don't use the link. Try going to the website from your computer browser. It worked for me.
