Wanted to let everyone know that the other day I got a booklet called Keep the Jingle in the holiday. It is full of coupons for ritz crackers and such. There is also a $10 rebate if you buy 10. I bought 4 ritz,4 wheat thins, and 2 triscuit for a total of $11.25 after couopns and I will be getting $10 back from the rebate. So I got 10 baoxes for $1.25. I am so excited. This is the best I have ever done.

  • Meredith
my publix in Birmingham has 48oz Sunny D for BOGO--making it .75
  • Is the new Publix ad coming out on Friday? The flyer says thru 12.24, but I asked at the store & they said the new flyer will be out Saturday...no Sunday...no maybe Monday....yes, they don't seem to have a clue.

BTW...the Publix at Palm Harbor Shopping Center in Palm Coast, FL, no longer accepts Food Lion coupons. :( They also indicated that they will only take competitor coupons within a 5 miles radius. I hope they aren't going to be literal because nothing is within 5 miles of this store. Granted, our Food Lion no longer exists & the closest one will be about 20 miles from this store. But even the closest Walmart will be about 7 miles away & our Target is almost 10 miles from this store.
  • Rhonda
I made out like a bandit today. I bought: 2 boxes Barber chicken, 2 cans kidney beans, 2 packs chili seasoning, 2(4 pack) King's Hawaiian rolls, and 2 bottles of 100ct Sundown vitamin D. Total before coupons $26.17 after coupons $1.70.
  • Cindy
    Jenny,

Thanks for your efforts put into this website. I saved 63% yesterday on my bill. While I was at Publix, the cashier told me that they are now taking expired coupons (up to 2 wks old). Sounds like a good deal to me.
  • Mandi
Jenny, where does it say that the Enfamil Premium Formula is $22.49 this week? I was charged full price and can't find it in this week's ad. Thanks!
  • Angela, in Summerville, SC
    **DEAL ALERT**
The Publix on Old Trolley in Summerville had a $2.00 coupon on the package for the Sorrento Stringsters Cheese, 24 oz, which are already on sale for $4.99. Paired with the $1 store coupon in the Winter Savings booklet, that makes for 1 1/2 lb. of string cheese for $2!

Also , they took my $15 World Market, my $10 Piggly Wiggly and my $5 Publix coupons in the same transaction–I had almost $350 worth of groceries in my cart.
  • meredith
There is a $1 off Q on Targets website for m&m's. Used with man Q these would be .84
  • Michelle in Martinez
my publix won't take target qs :(
  • Leigh
I have seen the Nestle thing in the past 2 weeks and i has not been on sale in any of the Publix around here (ATLANTA). Does anyone know what that's about?? I'm talking about the nestle quick not the evaporated milk.
  • Tracey
They have them at the Publix on Mt. Zion in Morrow.
  • christine
I found them in the dairy section at Publix on Hwy 5 in Douglasville and in Villa Rica @ Mirror Lake. They had chocolate and strawberry.
  • Caroline
My hubby got it when I sent him out for last week's items. We use the store on N. Druid Hills at LaVista.
  • Chrissy
Leigh, I know what you mean - I've been searching for 2 straight weeks now. I finally found a whole bunch of them at the Publix off of Kimball Bridge road in Johns Creek/Alpharetta. It is a huge store, so it makes me think that the bigger the store, the greater your chances that you will find it. It is in the refriderated chocolate milk area. Good luck!
  • Michelle in Martinez
Oh, and the cover girl makeup didn't ring up on sale this week or last week. This week I got the foundation and last week I got the powder. I didn't complain, though, since I had the $2 off store coupon and the $1 off P&G coupon. Just wanted to let everyone else know in case they were going to buy some.
  • Caroline
I noticed that too! They increased the price on them by $2.
  • Michelle in Martinez
The Evans, Georgia Publix just started suppressing the double Qs on the internet coupons. :( I don't know what they are telling these cashiers, but it literally took 10 minutes for my cashier to process my coupons. I probably had 15 of them. She scrutinized every one, kept going back to the computer screen, presumably to make sure I had purchased what the coupons were for. Then she did the double suppression (which they have never done before). She made me dig out my scott tissues that had already been bagged and put in my cart because the coupon wouldn't go through automatically. After I showed it to her, she made me tell her how many tissues were in the box. It took her forever to figure out how to take off my free coupon for the Internation coffee creamer that I got from becoming a fan on facebook. It was a nightmare, and the line kept building up behind me. I felt so bad for those behind me, but this woman acted like she was going to be executed if she made any errors in my favor while processing the coupons. Ugh!
  • tonya
I have been sooooo busy (as I'm sure we all are) and missed getting the Atlanta Journal. Does anyone know how I can get one without driving to Norcross? Help!!! I am going to lose sleep without a week of the paper. LOL!!!
  • Caroline
There were 2 valuable inserts, if you didn't notice, but I had trouble with one being accepted in Toco Hills... 1 is $5 off 50 at Publix, the other is from World Market $5 off 20 and $15 off $50!!! If you go dumpster diving behind Whole Foods, you might get lucky and find one.
  • Carrie
I haven't heard that phrase "dumpster diving" in a long time. When I worked at the local Mickey D's back in my high school days, the Mgr. would use that phrase for the local college students who would search for the thrown out bag of leftover Big Macs, Quarter Pounders, etc. It was a totally new perspective for me at that point.
  • Stephanie B.
No worries! There were no coupons this week anyway! :)
  • Susan
No inserts because of Christmas this week in AJC.
  • Cheri
I can't find the Nestle Quik 16 oz for $1 at Publix. Is this is in the ad?
  • Dianne
Look in the milk section, not far from the flavored coffee creamers or half and half.
  • Lisa M.
OMG!!!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you for this site and all of your time. I have only been couponing since mid August. Just left Publix. Total before coupons $145, out of pocket after coupons $24.02 including the tax. MY SAVINGS........ $194.29
  • Rada
Can anyone help me figure out why I am having difficulty downloading the "coupon printer" required to print off many of the coupons on the sale listing? (i.e. the Cabot butter) Thanks!!
  • misa
PLEASE HELP. I am looking for coupon for free $10 Earth Fare gift card with purchase of $50 or more. My Publix takes this coupon as competitor. I printed one last week with new Food Lion coupons but now I cannot find it anywhere now. I am not sure how to find it after it is not be under RECENT POSTS.
    THANKS A LOT.
  • Rhonda
Here's a link to get the coupon you need. Hurry and print because it expires 12/22/09.

  • I've heard that the lunchables are on sale and I have coupons....does anyone know for sure before I head up to Publix?
  • When I was there just a couple of days ago, the lunchables were no longer on sale at my store. I had already bought a couple of them and then had run across another coupon and wanted to use it, but no luck. I shop at the store in Simpsonville, SC, so it may not be all of the stores.
  • NEW PUBLIX DEAL!

Used the Glade coupon to get a free Glade Warmer w/ purchase of refilss (which are BOGO this week) and found a coupon inside the warmer for $3.00 Glade Lasting Impressions starter kit (the unit and a scent). You should be able to use this in conjunction with another coupon in the Advantage book to get $7.50 off Lasting Impressions ($8.99 at my store).
  • Michelle
Did anyone else have trouble finding the cheese coupon in the kraft food and family magazine?
  • angie d
The dreaded suppress button has hit the Hendersonville TN store. For the first time, they hit suppress for all coupons on them that said "do not double" and my checker was kind enough to show me the prepared cheat sheet showing them how to do it that is posted on each register...
  • Angel
Is there a new Rite Aid $5 off coupon? The one I had exp. 12/19
  • hope
Just got back from Publix and saved 101% of my total!!!! I shopped with my three boys in tow and got all of my groceries for the month plus all of my holiday needs for baking and Christmas dinner. The cashier was surprised at the total and my youngest told her "My mom only shops off the southern savers under a dollar section!" Got got deals like beneviajuice 4 pack for 50 cents (store coupon+man. Coupon). Thank you so much! I cannot imagine how I would feed three boys without you! Happy Holidays!
  • Krischa Pilcher
I don't know if this was already metioned but in Publix ad in the newspaper there is a $5 off your $50 or more purchase coupon good through 12/24(I think) and I found in the Parade- an Ocean Spray Craisins Buy 1 6oz dried cranberries get 1 100 calorie 6 count pack craisins FREE, expires 2/28/10!!! Doesn't match with the craisin size that is on sale this week at Publix but it may before the end of february! So check your Parade in your newspaper!
  • Sara B
Made good on those 5 revlon coupons I had tonight, and found the most awesome cashier at Publix (who asked me if I used Southern Savers lol) Never before have I had a cashier bring a manager over to override the coupons because I had too many coupons and not enough items, I thought that was awesome of her :) Didn't do too much grocery shopping this week though, cause I was stocked up from last week, but I'm sure at some point I'll need to go next week before Christmas. Thanks again Jenny for doing all that you do!
  • Melinda
Anyone know wher to find Marcal Small Steps paper products? I have 5 free coupons that expire 12/25.Thanks!
  • katie
If you are in Florida they carry then at Sweetbay.
  • hope
Bilo(simpsonville) has them but you have to look for them they tend to be at the end of the sections and have only a small spot.
  • sara
I saw the napkins at Food World in Pelham, AL
  • Rhonda
I live in Florida and was able to find Marcal products at Kmart.
  • Jenn
Mrlinda, it depends where you live. In the greater Greenville, SC area, I have found them at Ingles and Bi-lo.
  • Laura
I can't seem to find the aunt jemima coupon, anyone else?

  • Joanne
I can't find the Barber Chicken in my Publix in Bham, AL. Anyone seen any in Birmingham?
  • Carla
Yes, I found them in the Vestavia Hwy 31 store - in the meat section in the frozen area near the end cap of aisle 3/4 - Next to the tyson frozen chicken nugget. Good selection too!
  • Carla
    I went this morning!
  • Joanne
thanks Carla!! I shop at the Trace Crossing Publix. Does the Vestavia 31 Publix take Target coupons? Just curious. The Trace Crossing store does, so I try to go there.
  • Carla
YES, so far..... I only use one or two at each visit. I have also been lucky and they take the coupons from other stores (winn dixie, piggly wiggly, and Bruno's)that are 5.00 of 50 or more from those coupon books that the schools sell as fundraisers.
  • Rhonda
Just wanted to share my shopping day at Publix. I bought $41.28 worth of groceries and only owed $2.69 after all coupons. It becomes even better, since some of the items are for the Kraft $20 rebate. Thanks for all your hard work Jenny!!
  • Heather
    How do the M&M's make it to $1.17. I calculate 2.34 - .50 (coupon 1/2) = $1.84. What am I calculating wrong?

    Thanks!
  • Michelle
If you coupon doubles to $1 it would come out to 1.34, not 1.17. But that's why it wasn't 1.84.
  • Shannon
HELP...please. I am trying to print the coupon for sister Schubert's rolls. Lately when I have tried to print smartsource coupons it is only printing a small picture of the product and nothing else? Any suggestions?
  • Phillis
Had this problem a while back had to reinstall the latest version of my printer driver software. You can probably download this from your printer mfg website.
  • Emily
I tried using the Scotch tape coupons last week and they only work on the big packaging tape not the transparent, small gift wrap tape. Just FYI...
  • Neka
Just left Publix to pick up the Nivea Body Wash, they also had the Suave for Men shampoo for $1.50 each. Had a coupon (I believe from 12/6 or 12/13) for .50/1. Doubled at Publix made the shampoo .50 each.

    I love this!!!!
  • Ashley
Hey, Here in Birmingham Al my coupons never get doubled. Do I have to ask to have them to double or does Alabama not double?
  • rydergal
Overton Road doubles as well; I've never had any suppressed there. Irondale suppressed a DND coupon on me once. Doubling is alive and well here in B'ham :)
  • Carla
I talked with the manager at the Vestavia Publix on 31 and he said that they will (and they do) double ALL coupons that are 50 cents and less, BUT if the coupon has print that says Don't Double - they WON'T double. The store manager told me that was policy. IF the Lee Branch one is doubling the coupons even the ones printed with Don't double, I might start driving out there!
  • Meredith
    Carla,
I shop at Lee Branch as well, and they are wonderful. Ive never had any coupons suppressed and they are always so nice. On several occasions Ive had more coupons than items and the managers were called over to override. I would highly suggest you try them. They also take Walgreens and Target Q's as competitor Q's.
  • Stephanie B.
Yeah, I would like to know which store you shop at as well. I go to the one on Hwy 280 in Lee Branch and they have NEVER suppressed the coupon doubling.
  • sara
Publix should always double up to and including $.50 coupons...unless they say at the top "Do Not Double". The Publix I have been to will suppress those from doubling. Where do you shop? I use the one in Pelham.
  • lisa
Pantene is also 3 for 10, which is a good deal when you use the vocal point $2.00 off coupon. And a GREAT deal I've been getting is the Earthgrains 100% natural thin buns - great for sandwhiches for the kids. They have a $2.00 off produce peelie on the display, and they bread is 2 for 5. And if you just get one banana, they'll take off the maximum 2.00, so you essentially buy a little produce and get the bread for 50 cents. I grab a package everytime I'm in the store!
  • Jerelle
Jenny, thank you so much for all that you do... You spoil us like crazy! I am new to couponing but thanks to a special friend who helped get me started, and this site I am finally getting the hang of it! My third trip to Publix (using coupons) was a great one! I bought $21 worth of food and only paid $2.75, including the free hot wheels and free scotch tape! YAY! I love this site and visit frequently! Happy Holidays!
  • Dawn
I went to Publix yesterday and tried to use the Taret web coupon for the Swiss Miss Hot Chocolate. The cashier said that they only accept coupons from other actual grocery stores. She stated that it was a new policy. I shop at the Publix in Simpsonville S.C. Has anyone else had a problem? Thanks! BTW, this is my second week using the site and I love it!
  • Caroline
At my store when I've asked the customer service who they consider competitors, they always have said "Target, Wal-mart, Kroger, and other grocery stores like that."
  • Ashley
They used to take them, but not anymore as of a month or two ago. I'm in Simpsonville too, and they only take competitor coupons within a 5 mile radius.
  • Lisa
I live in the Tampa Bay area and was told today that Target and SuperTarget are not competitors and their coupons are no longer accepted. They said it was a corporate decision.
  • lynn
this has always been the policyyyyyyyyyyyyyat my end of the tamp bay area npr to be exact
  • Ashley
No ..I used mine at the Publix here in Charleston SC and the cashier took it with no problem. It all depends on the cashier and store.
  • Sarah
When I printed the Philadelphia Cream Cheese coupon, it was for 55 cents off two (I think, it may have been off one). I did find a $1 off coupon for the cream cheese in the Publix Winter Savings book. It's a manufacturer coupon and on a page with two other Kraft coupons toward the back.
  • Star N.
On the M&M packages at my Publix were .50 off coupons making them 1.34 a piece.
  • Lauren
Has anyone had success finding the Aunt Jemima Pancake coupon?
  • Ashley
No..they were all over the sites last week but since they went BOGO at Publix this week they are off all sites Ive tried.
  • Suzanne
I am very new (less than a week) and shop mostly at publix. I used a $5 off coupon from cvs there. Can I use coupons from stores not in my area such as Kroger etc?
  • Michelle
Most Publix stores only accept coupons from direct competitors. I would ask the customer service department which stores they consider direct competitors.
  • Renee
Jenny, You keep posting the Food Lion coupons for a dollar amount off a purchase in the deli or meat department. I shop at the same Publix you do...yet they will not take those coupons from me.
  • Astrid
My Publix (Ooltewah, TN) just told me they won't take the $ off a certain department from FL anymore, they'll take amounts off certain products though, i.e. $1.50 off Huggies.
  • Holly
Yes, but only if there is a Food Lion within 5 miles of that store. I tried and Got shot down. They let me use them, but "just that once" :)
  • Phillis
I think she does this for those of us whose Publix still allows FLIPs.
  • Cris
Yes, my Publix accepts Food Lion Q's :)
  • Sandra
Had a good trip to Publix today. Would have been great but needed several things for the holidays that were not on sale (not a great sale anyway) and some things I did not have coupons on. Spent $86 and saved $128. Not my best but not bad for all the things I needed. Great improvement over when I was spending $150+ weekly on groceries. Thanks to eveyone on this site for comments and to Jenny for all the information! :-)
  • Becky
sadly I get there are no prints available for this campaing on the Glade $3.50 coupon
  • Caroline
Do you have the $2/1 from the paper? The candles were $5.99 for the 4.?? oz required on both coupons, so if you use both, it's still free, just no overage. Remember to use them with the SC Johnson rebate!
  • Stephanie
Same thing happened to me :(
  • Keysha
I just want to share I went to publix today my order was $17.36. I saved $11.15 in vendor coupons. Yea!!!
  • Kelly
I went to Publix last night and they said they are no longer taking the FLIP or Harveys coupon because they were up north and not considered competitors. As any one else been told this?
  • Sara U
I was told last week that FLIPs would no longer be accepted in Decatur, AL store.
  • misa
Goose Creek store does not take Haveys coupons anymore
  • Katie
Where are you? Haven't heard this yet in Goose Creek. Kindof waiting for it, though...
  • Heather
Thank you for the lists and the print ability! This makes it so much easier to "do the deals." I really appreciate it!
  • Jenna
Thankyou for this site!! I have two kids and without this site I wouldn't be able to spoil myself the way I like to. I love telling my mother and grandmother about all my great deals. Everytime we share shopping stories I am in shock about them paying full price for things that I have awesome coupons for! :D

    Have a Happy Holidays eveybody!
  • What a great week at Publix! Today I spent $67 and saved $95! Not too bad :)
  • Jarrod
Has anyone else had an issue locating the Cape Cod Chip Coupon from SS 11/1?

I've been through the AJC and Athens Banner Herald editions and no luck....and I LOVE the Salt ones!
  • VALERIE
Frustrated. The cashier and customer service rep at my Publix would not accept the $2 off $10 in beef FLIP, since it said Butcher's Brand beef and Publix of course does not carry this. Even after I explained that BB was just Food Lion's store brand and the standing rib roast was Publix beef they still would not accept. I was polite, but have never had a problem with these coupons before.
  • Caroline
I was wondering about that scenario myself. Maybe if you take it in with a store flier, with a pic, they'd realize you are correct.
  • Sue
Does anyone know the official Publix policy on using a B1G1 coupon along with 2-$$ coupons? I gave the cashier the suggested Infusium coupons last night and then had to get the "loud enough for everyone to hear" speech about not being able to take $2.00 off of something we're giving you for free.
  • meg
I have done this deal three different shopping trips over the last month. None of the cashiers said anything about it at the Sixes Rd store in Canton.
  • Andrea
I had the same issue on Tuesday. The cashier would not take both of my $2 Infusium coupons. She was very polite about it and because there was a long line behind me, I wasn't going to argue with her. Even without the coupon, I still saved $65.
  • Carrie
Since the B1G1 coupon is the store coupon, you can use a manufacturer coupon for each product. This is stacking and should be accepted. Usually in these cases just ask for the manager. I have learned when cashiers try to rationalize, they are usually wrong and just say what they believe is legit. Every store has at least one *uncoupon-friendly* cashier.
  • VALERIE
I don't know what the official policy is, as I've had two different results with two different cashiers. One gave me the same speech, and so the next time, I put the manufacturer's coupons before the B1G1 coupon and they were accepted with no problem.
  • Jen
Thank you so much for this site. I spent 96.29 today and saved approx 58% off my bill! This includes prime rib, meat and diapers. I also had a $10 off $25.00 coupon from Food Lion(new store opened). YAY!
  • Lori
    Where are the tearpad coupons?
  • Caroline
Lori B? I've been getting them from Kroger when I go shopping for meat. I was able to use the oil and pickle ones this week and shared with a friend.
  • Amber
Where can I find the m&m flyer?
  • Sherri
my 11-15 red plum has .50 off 1 Domino Sugar (it says off 2 in your summary)
  • Amber
just wanted to share that I am in Coastal GA and our Publix doubles coupons 50 cents and less
  • Caroline
    Yeah!!! I'll tell my mom.
  • Min
I have a save one dollar on Ocean Spray Juice coupon that was in a Kroger Mailer.
  • Rebekah
how do you sign up for the Kroger mailer?
  • Danielle
Ok I have been trying to get the Infusiom buy a shampoo get a conditioner for a month. I go to Publixs at least 3 times aweek and it is not there. I have also traveled to other Publixs its like they are not stocking their shelves. Is anyone else having this problem?
  • Carrie
Ours just restocked the shampoo (in Carrollton GA)and they've been out solid for the last two weeks so I grabbed mine today.
  • Sue
Where do you live? I guess our fellow flea market couponers are getting there before you.
  • Danielle
I live in Chattanooga, TN and have been to all three stores in our area. I need to check this weekend.
  • peggy
Kaci, The Green Advantage Buy and the Winter Savings booklet are printed by Publix. You can usually find the G.A.B. right with the ads at the front of your store. The W.S.B. is a "seasonal" ad and isn't as easy to find, although it would be at the same location. Always ask at the customer service desk if you're looking for them. Sometimes they'll have them behind the counter. And one time when they were out, the manager just rang up the items at a "discounted" price.
  • Amy
I do not have a coupon for Pomegranite POM in my winter greenwise though there is an article about the health benefits?
  • rydergal
There was one in the Fall Greenwise, but I don't see one in the Winter edition...think it might be a typo on Jenny's part? (though i hate to think it!)
  • marina
Did you check the back? I almost missed mine because it's on the back cover. HTH
  • Kaci
I am new to Publix, so sorry for the silly question!
What is a "Green Advantage Buy"? Is this something that anyone can use?
    Thank you!
  • It's a booklet that Publix puts out at the beginning of the month. It usually lasts for the entire month. It's on the rotating thingamagig they have at the front of the store. The Qs are Publix coupons. You use these with manufacturer's Q and you can either get the stuff for FREE or can get it FREE with overage.
  • Astrid
My Publix keeps everything that has coupons behind the customer service desk. You have to ask for it.
  • Cindy B.
I shop at the E Brainerd Chattanooga Publix, and I always have a hard time finding the advantage buy fliers. I ask at the cust. service desk, but it's very rare that they have any.
  • Kaci
Oh, and is the "Winter Savings Booklet" a Publix thing? Where do you get that?
  • The "Winter Savings" booklet can be found at Publix. I have seen them on the same rotating display at the entrance, where you can find the weekly ads. I don't remember exactly what the cover looks like but I think it was mostly light blue and I THINK it had people on it (maybe a blond woman?).

Publix regularly releases new Advantage Buy fliers, which contain sales that last about a month as well as a few coupons. Some of these have green covers and some of them are yellow. These are pretty standard and easy to find on the rotating displays at the front.

They randomly have other coupon booklets, most of which are put out by manufacturers. These can be found all over the store. A lot of times they're up front on the advertisement stand but sometimes they're at guest services and other time they're scattered around the store on cardboard displays. The stores don't all get all of the booklets and some of them are released at different times. It's kind of like a treasure hunt! :)
  • I shopped yesterday with the ad that ran through the 15th and saved $92.00. With the new ad today I saved $113.00.

Heads up! When I got home I noticed that the Glade Scented Oil Refills (BOGO) had a $1.00 off coupon in them, so before this ad expires I'll grab a few more.
  • Caroline
There was a coupon on the back of the Fred's advertisement in the Sunday paper for a Free Planter's Cashew 9.25 oz or peanuts if you buy over $25 worth of groceries before coupons. I was able to use it at my local Publix in Atlanta, with the manager's approval. I didn't get a free container, but it was $3.?? off the purchase of one. They used this in addition to a $5 off $25 from a competitor coupon.
  • Petrie
I'm just a couple months into this wonderful coupon thing, and Publix is my grocery store of choice. But I'm not sure I'm understanding all the math in the Southern Savers weekly ad posts. For example, the Bob Evans mashed potatoes are BOGO so it comes out to 1.69 each. If the coupon suggested is -.50/1, why does it say it makes the product .69? Is the assumption that the coupon will be doubled?
Thanks for any insight, you wise, experienced couponers!
  • My receipt shows that the 50 cent coupon was doubled...so it really was $1.00 off. As far as I know, all Publix stores double coupons 50 cents or less. I'd much rather get a 45 cent off coupon than a 55 cent one, as I really get 90 cents off the lesser one and only 55 cents at face value for the other one.
  • Petrie
Thanks, Jill. I'm at a Georgia Publix, so no doubling. But I sure do appreciate you clearing that up for me. I thought I was losing my mind!
  • Liz
The other Publix on Abercorn doubles coupons as well, also the one in Richmond Hill :)
  • Caroline
I thought coastal GA did not double. Do these stores also have penny items? I'm glad to hear of the change in Savannah, now if it'll just happen in Brunswick!
  • Patricia
Savannah on Abercorn in Twelve Oaks shopping center doubles, too, so you just have to check around. It could be that an area Publix doubles even if yours doesn't!
  • Steve
I always get my Publix 50 cents and under coupons doubled in Loganville and Grayson Geogia Publix's.
  • Jodie
The Publix on Daniel Island will no longer accept the $5 Rite Aid coupons. The cashier said that it's because the store is smaller than most and has decided not to accept it. I argued with her but she stood her ground. I guess I'll find another Publix to use in the future!
  • amanda
It TOTALLY depends on who the manager on duty is that day...I used a $5 off $20 today, and my cashier said it depends on the manager. Good luck next time!
  • Steph F
"Scotties Cube Facial Tissues, 60-132 ct., 99¢
    -.50/3 Scotties Tissues Boxes RP 11/15, 10/25, 9/13
-.50/1 Scotties Tissues printable (makes it FREE)"

The printable Scotties coupon is for -$1/1. Has this changed since the list was made?
  • Michelle
I think it depends on where you print it from....I have two computers and one printed a dollar off and the other a fifty cent off.
  • julia
$1/1 - say you are not a regular user
$0.50/1 - say you are a regular user
  • Paula
The Vinyards publix in Tallahassee has the Laughing Cow cheeses 2 for $5
  • Teresa
Paula, and other Tallahassee Publix shoppers: My husband tried to use a Harvey's coupon at the Publix off of Ocala yesterday and the cashier said that they are no longer accepting Harvey's coupons. She pointed to a memo that was distributed at each of the registers there. That's not the Publix I typically shop at, but has anyone else encountered this, or are you aware of change in policy at other Publix stores in the area? I'm going to try using my Harvey's coupons at the Vineyards Publix tomorrow.
    Thanks!
  • Natalie
I used a harveys at lake ella publix beginning of december with no problems, may have changed since then though
  • Tara
I tried at the Killearny way this morning and was told about the memo as well.
  • Shari
A friend of mine was shopping at Lake Ella a few days ago and was told to tell her friends that they no longer take Harvey's coupons(any of them). Some people had been altering the amounts on them. A
few ruin it for the rest of us.:(
Yesterday, my DH went for me. They told him that any coupon over $3.00 has to be approved. He had a $5/$20 from CVS. They approved it.
  • Jenni
Hey Jenni! I spent $60 today on $125.00 worth of groceries. I have saved so much lately, I donated $25.00 of my savings to Harvest Hope Food Bank!
Thank you for all you do!
  • Christine
I spent $40 and saved $61 (the $40 included diapers and firewood) I also was feeling so happy with the savings on the way out I sliped $10 in the salvation army kettle. : )

    $1/1 any I can't believe it's not butter product -http://bricks.coupons.com/Start.asp?tqnm=qkpsbyo75215501&bt=vi&o=59585&c=IC&p=osSIe4aH
  • Janet
Thanks for posting this coupon link. I was able to print 4 of them per computer, and used them today for a great deal on butter.
  • Kelly
The Glade Fragrance Collection candle coupons are for the 4.9oz. and up. The 4.9oz candle in my location was only 5.99 (the 10oz. candle is 8.99), making it a $1.50 moneymaker with the $4 store coupon and $3.50 manu. coupon. I picked up 2!
  • Natalie
Plus these items qualify you partly (you must have 3 items to submit) for the $5 SC Johnson rebate, each household can get 3!
  • Linda
I couldn't find the Sara Lee coupon through the link. Is there a certain zip code that I need to use? Thanks!
  • Linda
Okay....My friend found a Sara Lee coupon from
    http://www.everydaydesserts.com/promotions.
It's a $1/1 any Sara Lee Frozen Dessert. It took a couple of tries for me, but it worked immediately for her.
  • JEB
On today’s Piggly Wiggly ad it says to watch for a post it note coupon for $10 off in Sunday’s paper front page.
  • sara
Just came across my $1 off coupon (Target) for Oscar Mayer Deli Fresh Lunchmeat (printable) that I had for last week's Target ad and never made it to Target. Maybe this one will work for the Publix sale this week? It says 7-9oz on it.

I WOULD USE THE MESSAGE CENTER FOR MYSELF WITH 2 JOBS THREE KIDS AND SPORTS, WE NEED IT. I WOULD GIVE THE FLATWARE TO MY SISTER WHO IS SETTING UP HOUSEKEEPING AND COULD US IT.
  • Janet
While looking for another coupon, I found $1 off any President specialty Cheese coupon Expires 12/31. There is a picture of the Rondele cheese on the coupon. Also there was a coupon for $3.75 off Everyday with Rachel Ray wyb two select cheeses and the Rondele is in that picture too. These were in SS 11/15, in central Florida anyway.
  • Amanda
Janet I found the same ones and clipped them. (Jacksonville, FL) But then when I went to look at my Publix ad, I noticed it said Alloute spreadable cheeses! So I'm going to clip those as well and take both just in case it's a regional sale. (Sometimes this happens..it will say Gold Medal Flour and other places be Pilsbury! (ahhh, had that happen last time)
  • Janet
Just got back from Publix here in Winter Haven, FL and found the Rondele BOGO @ $3.99, so used the $1 off each and the $3.75 off of the Everyday with Rachel Ray, which was $3.99. So a good deal to me anyway.
  • becky
Just curious--will Publix take register rewards from Walgreens since they say "manufacturer coupon"?
  • Amanda
The Publix in Ooltewah, TN has not taken my Register Rewards either and she asked a manager.
  • My Publix takes it. They say they are manufacturer's Qs and they get reimbursed by them. Manager is also a couponer, so she's definitely in the know about these things. Contact corporate and they may have a definitive answer for you. They may also forward your name/# to the district manager of your Publix and he might be able to further help you.
  • Susan
Last week my Publix did not take them but yesterday they did. I made a copy of the RR and wrote VOID over it and had the manager sign it saying the cashiers could take them. Now I have it as an example to use each time I shop. It seems each time I go I get a different story.
  • Michelle
My Publix in Gainesville, GA had been taking them. However, I tried to use some last Friday, and they said they no longer accept them. Bummer.
  • Steve
You'll just have to ask. My Pulix in Loganville, GA told me they were going to quit taking them Dec. 1st and were going to put a sign up at the door. I have yet to see the sign but haven't tried using one since then as I hadn't had any extra I needed to get rid of. I think this may be a store by store or even a cashier by cashier issue as these coupons do scan at Publix.
  • Jenni
Just a note: I went to the Duncan, SC Publix on Monday the 14th, and was told in no uncertain terms that the manager had been told by manufacturers that they will NOT reimburse Publix for any coupons that have Target symbols, etc, on them, EVEN if they are manu coups, and so Publix is no longer accepting any manufacturer coups with Target ANYTHING on them at this location. I don't know about any other locations. It is POSSIBLE that this is a store-by-store issue. It was disappointing, but they already do so much, that I really can't complain.
  • Meme
I was told about two weeks ago at the Greenville Street, Anderson, Publix they will no longer take Target coupons of any kind. I explained the numbering ("5", ect.) for a manu. cpn and the manager said he will look into it. I haven't been back there in the last couple of weeks so I do not know if they changed this policy back or not.

I think they had already stopped taking Food Lion cpns.
  • Alison V.
if that's the case, then they could at least take them as a competitor's Q, if they accept Target as a competitor anyway. the E. Brainerd publix in Chattanooga does.
  • emily
could you remove the target logo? only on the manu of course??? would that be ok...it sounds like that manager is being a little too picky.
  • Amber
My Publix explained the same thing to me on Sunday(Columbia,SC). I spoke with the manager and he said no Target coupons because they are not a "regular" supermarket. I got lucky on Friday night and had a young cashier that obviously didn't know about the rules yet. So I'm not complaining.
  • Ashley
And people that do that are the reason Publix is getting picky about coupons, and you probably threw off that poor cashier's till.
  • lynn
well now you're just being dishonest. it's takes a lot of patience and hard work to organize and clip all these coupons, and publix does a good job of helping the customer by accepting competitor coupons; they don't have to do that. they don't get reimbursed for taking those, so it's actually their loss. if the rules state "traditional grocery stores", then you should adhere to those rules and not purposely try to cheat the system because that ruins it for the rest of us.
  • Leanne
Publix on Wade Hampton in Taylors/Greenville WILL NOT take the target coupons any longer either!!! :( The cashier seemed a little pickier today as well about the coupons. HMMMM! Still saved a TON of money!!! Spent $7.71 on 10boxes of pasta, 2 bottles of Wesson, and 6 boxes of Aunt Jemima french toast.... I was happy!!! :)
  • jenn
no, we do not accept target's coupons because they are not in direct competition with us. target competes with walmart or kmart. publix only accepts competitor coupons for traditional grocery stores (ie: bloom, bilo, ingles) within a FIVE MILE RADIUS
  • jenn
no, we do not accept target coupons because we are NOT in direct competition with them. target competes with wal-mart or k-mart. we at all publix's only accept competitors' coupons for traditional grocery stores (ie: bloom, bilo, ingles), but within a five mile radius of each different publix store. so at woodruff publix they might accept whole foods, because whole foods is within a five mile radius, but at the wade hampton location, they will not accept those as a direct competitor. nor will any publix accept a rite aide or walgreens coupon, because they too are not a traditional grocery store.
  • Sarah
Oh no. I hate to hear that this one is getting picky too! i stopped shopping at the Thornblade publix because they take forever to check out people with coupons. Insisting on getting them ahead of time and matching them up item by item. It was a nightmare with a three year old and people getting huffy in line behind me. There is a really nice cashier at the wade hampton publix who doesnt over analyze everything. I try to find her each time I go in. Dont know her name but she has reddish brown hair.
  • Leanne
The lady I had this morning did EXACTLY what they did to you at Thornblade!!! I am thinking about going to Pelham Rd. Tomorrow. I also think if you go at night, they are easier to deal with. I am being SO honest with all this... just trying to be a good steward of what the Lord is giving us!!!

The same cashier DID take a Target coupon on Monday... but swore up and down she did not! AND she did NOT give me my penny item on Monday, but I was in a hurry and did not go back in.
  • wendy
I found a coupon for gold medal flour a few weeks ago for $2.00/5 on a tear pad at Winn Dixie. It would make for some cheap flour.
$1.09 each when you buy 5.
  • sara
There was also a coupon for save $1.50 on 1 Buitoni Pasta Sauce when you buy Buitoni Refridgerated Pasta on the Target website (has target logo but says manufacturer's coupon)
  • sara
Buitoni site says no more prints available...
  • Jon
Hello and thanks so much! My Publix will not double any coupons, any one have this issue?
  • Janie
Publix in Hendersonville,Tn no longer double coupons that say "Do Not Double"
  • kim
I am in southern Alabama where they do not double coupons or have the penny items.
  • ET
Are you in FL or coastal GA? FL locations and many coastal GA locations don't double coupons. I am in metro ATL and our local Publix no longer doubles any coupons that say "DO NOT DOUBLE OR TRIPLE"
  • Joy
Publix in FL and coastal GA don't double coupons.
  • Megan
Anyone have a zip code that's working for the Sara Lee desserts? Thanks!
  • Crystal T.
Try 30501. That worked for me.
  • Amanda
If you still have your Winter Savings books handy....there is a $1.00 off Any Sara Lee Dessert...it is a manufacturer coupon. And it will save you ink/paper! :)
  • Linda
I couldn't get it to work for me, either. You can get a coupon from http://www.everydaydesserts.com/promotions. It's for a $1/1 any Sara Lee Frozen dessert.
  • Sarah
$1/8 Del Monte Vegetables, or Tomatoes RP 11/15

No such coupon in my coupon flyer
  • Joy
coupons can be regional, especially if you live in a smaller area
  • Sarah
    40/4 Campbell’s Gravy, SS 11/8, 10/11

This is a soup coupon NOT gravy...
  • Amber
There are both...I have the coupon for the gravy.
  • Joy
Some areas probably got both soup and gravy. Perhaps you just didn't get the gravy one?
  • lindsey
Has anyone noticed major regional changes in the prices at Publix? I went shopping last night & found several major differences...i.e. Benefiber, Contac, Cover Girl foundation. I felt like I was at Kroger! I was there forever, but at least I saved 66% still. I'm in Spring Hill, TN.
  • I'm in Spring Hill, too, and the prices are always a little higher and sometimes sales items are not in this market.
  • Stacey
Lindsey, YES.. my Publix is ALWAYS more expensive than the prices listed on here. Its ok though, I'm happy with how much I save too. I am in Fairhope, AL.
  • lindsey
OK that makes me feel better! At least I'm not alone. My parents live in Mobile & Baldwin Co. always seems to be more expensive. I've noticed a few cents difference, but last night it was like several dollars!
  • allison
I live on the coast in Fl and my Publix is ten percent cheaper than the publix right on the beachside, ten minutes away. Crazy!
  • Kyla
I always go to the store website & look at the current circular for MY store so I can compare while I'm working on the Southern Savers site (I have 2 windows open & click back & forth). I've found so many regional differences in the past that I now do it for every store. It helps me make my list & I'm not wasting time clipping or printing coupons for things that are not worth it for me.
  • Rachel
There is a Target printable coupon for $1.50 off Butoni Pasata Sauce when you buy any Butoni Pasta.
  • .Jennifer
Butoni coupon peeps... I couldn't get it to print at first either. I signed into the site and then searched for coupon the page popped up & wanted my email address again so I put it in and voila it worked! Kinda a backwards way to get it but hey it works!
  • Dawn
That worked for me, but the coupon is for "Buitoni Riserva". Does anyone know if that is the same as the regular pasta, or if this will be on sale? Did the same print for anyone else? The prompt said it would be a coupon for $1 off ANY Buitoni product, but the coupon says "Any Buitoni Riserva Product". I hope it will work for ANY Buitoni product (or at least if the Riserva is part of the BOGO sale).
  • Kerrie
The Riserva pasta was not included in the Bogo at my publix. It was only fettucini, angel hair and one other pasta.
  • Michelle
That's really strange but it worked for me too. Thanks!
  • Jenni
I followed you directions and I had the same problems, but also got it printed for me as well.
  • .Jennifer
Thank you Jenny! You spoil us absolutely rotten! :-)

Is anyone else having problems with printing coupons at bricks.coupons.com? When I try to print, it keeps saying that the coupon printer isnt installed. I have installed and rebooted, and it is still saying that the printer isnt installed. I was able to print coupons yesterday, and now it wont work. Anyone else have any suggestions?

    Thanks in advance!
  • emily
if i try to print from my "google chrome" browser it does not work, but if i use internet explorer it works fine... maybe that might be the answer you are looking for.
  • katie
I have the same problem. I have spent hours trying to figure it out. I have tried different browsers, Java, security settings, you name it - I've tried it. I have installed and re-installed the printer several times. We have 3 computers and only mine won't work. If anyone have figured this problem out please help.
  • Ingrid
I usually have to snooze my virus protection and/or disable my firewall. Just don't forget to turn it back on!
  • Carissa
This happened to me for the first time today! I came back to the southernsavers page and noticed that the order was switched this week. Normally internet explorer (ie) is first, but this week it was fire fox (ff). Once i clicked on the internet explorer one, everything was solved!
  • Phillis
Try reinstalling your print driver software. If you don't have it you can go on line and download.
  • M Rose
Try to just hit the back button--sometimes mine says that and will print after hitting the back button..go figure!!!
  • Look at this website to help you print your coupons: http://www.beingfrugalisfabulous.com/2009/09/co.... It really helped me. Good luck!
  • Dianna
Jenny, there is also a $1 off any deli item store coupon that came with the Baby Club. It doesn't expire until 2/8. That would make the tea $.19!
  • Dena
I have some of the tear pad coupons for $1/2 jars of Prego sauce. I bought them off Ebay *gasp*, last month when Publix ran the other BOGO for the smaller sized jars. Anyway, I still have 12 coupons left, and don't need them. If someone wants them, I'll send 3 people four coupons each. So that'll get you 8 jars of sauce. This is my email: send me your name, address and I'll mail them out!

    sdsemk@gmail.com
  • Michelle
I got it in the mail yesterday! Thank you so much :)
  • dena
All of the coupons have been claimed! Sorry, wish I had more!
  • seacoastmom
Is anyone able to print the Butoni coupon? I am gettinga message that the coupon is no longer available.....
  • Sarah
I printed mine from the link above, but it's only for the Riserva (which isn't included in the sale). Check your coupons, I almost missed that!
  • Joyce
Printed fine for me at 2:00pm est.
  • Patricia
Printed fine for me at nearly midnight! Love giving products I don't use a try when it costs me little to nothing!
  • seacoastmom
The message is: There are no prints available for this campaign.
I tried signing up hubby but got the same message.
  • Lindsay
I haven't been able to print it either...same message.
  • Terri
I had the same thing happen. I used my husband's e-mail address and it worked.
  • Lisa
does if anyone know if Bloom is putting another 10.00 off coupon in this weeks paper?
  • Andrea
I went through the paper this morning and could not find the coupon anywhere, so I don't think there is one available. They are doubling coupons up to $0.99 this week, limit 20 coupons per transaction.
  • Shelly from PC
Where is the $3 off butterball in the bilo ad? What ad? their store ad or their list on SS? I cant find it.
  • Joyce
There is also the same butterball turkey coupon in the Piggly Wiggly ad.
  • Shelly from PC
I dont have the ad papers... is there a way to print the coupons without having the ad papers?
  • becky
If that doesn't work maybe you could print the $5 of $20 from CVS. That made my 10 lb. free.
  • Jenny
It is in the Bi-Lo ad that starts 12/16 (tomorrow).
  • Shelly from PC
I looked in the store ad but could not find it. Do you know a page or something?
  • Jenny
It's at the top of page 3 of tomorrows ad.
  • Shelly from PC
Can you tell me how to print the $3 turkey coupon from bilo? It prints a whole page and it's a tiny coupon that cant be read.
  • becky
There was a Food Lion retailer coupon in (I think) last weeks inserts. It was for $2.50 off Butterball turkey with a $10 ConAgra purchase (Many items on sale this week). Add that to the $3 from Bi-Lo and you get an even better deal.
  • Shelly from PC
    Thanks - I'll check it out. :)
  • Hilary
On the Nivea body wash, unless you really need it, if you hold on to your coupons until Sunday, CVS is going to have it as a money-maker - 5 ECB wyb it for $5.99 (then $2 off coupon for profit of 1.01).

Thanks for having the list up so fast, Jenny! Happy shopping!
  • Jennifer
I bought two of the Nivea body wash a few weeks ago. Very disappointed with the quality of the product...even though I paid $1. I have one coupon left and don't think it is worth it.
  • Really!? I liked it...getting one for my mom this week....
  • Carla
Until these coupons, I had never tried it. But now, I LOVE it and will continue to buy it (even when there aren't any coupons).
  • Joy
    It's our favorite!
  • Natalie
    Hmmm, I liked it
  • Bobbie
Printable carnation milk coupon has expired.

If your Publix accepts Target coupons, use the $5 off Kodak for free cameras! The coupon does not specify in wording!
  • Rhonda
The Target coupon I printed says 'Excludes One Time Use cameras.
  • AmyG
I saw that.. I can't find it on target website i went i heart publix and went through her link and can't find it.
  • Becky
Click on the "Holiday catalog" on the left side at the target coupon page and it should show up. Hope that helps.
  • Gena
I made a quick trip to publix yesterday and used the two fresh express coupons. They neither one had an amount off. I am not sure as to why they dont. They did however scan but the woman ringing me up asked a manager if she was supposed to write the amount on the coupon and he told her they they were allowed to take those really. I love your lists! BTW, the link for the printable coupon for Buitoni is coming up for the Bob Evans link. Can you share the link for the Buitoni? Thanks.

    I fixed it. Thanks!

Heads up on the Wesson Oil $.50 Coupon: It has DO NOT DOUBLE across the top so the chance that a cashier will click the "suppressed button" (meaning it will not double to $1) are pretty likely. :/
On a lighter note I will plan to have the D.H overage apply to this instead. :)

Love the site. Can't Print list no print box. Thanks for all you do.

Sometimes clicking on the link off the main page to view it and the comments will make the print list box appear for me. (If that makes sense-don't know how better to describe it! :p)
