Walgreens announced today that they are going to have a surprise tomorrow (12/7) for all their facebook fans. If you aren’t a fan already it probably wouldn’t hurt to do it now.

I just drove by my Walgreen's here in little Thomasville, GA, and man, they are busy! I even called, to see if I was "missing out" on something. They said, no, nothing except the weekly sale. I haven't studied this weeks' ad specials - am I missing something?

They'll have to do more then Free Shipping to get anyone excited nowadays. I was hoping for a good coupon, like $10/$25 or something awesome like that! Oh well.

Are you going to post what the special is tomorrow? I just became a fan on facebook, but they said they would announce it tomorrow morning 8:00 am CST and I have to be at work at 7:30 and don't have access to facebook then. :(

Oh, Jenny - today my husband ran into a gas station to pick up a few papers for me and as he was checking out he let the cashier, who was a middle age woman that he was just getting 2 papers. She then says "Southern Savers?" and of course he said yes. I was just tickled that the lady at the gas station figured that since we were buying more than 1 paper, we had to be using your website. Love it!
