      MY PROBLEM WITH WALMART IS THAT THEY DON’T TAKE INTERNET PRINTED COUPONS.

        Maybe it’s just that Walmart because I have no problem with mine taking internet coupons.

        Thats ridiculous!! They should especially now because of the holidays, mine is even accepting competitor coupons (Walgreens & CVS). I hope you have another one in your town to try out!

        My Wal-mart is pretty great, they take all Coupons, they don’t care if there’s a Target or Kroger logo, as long as its manufecturer coupon!!! also all my Free coupons I take there!

      For the gloworm q. you can go to playskool.com. you can skip the registration and get the q. I just printed 2 and they expire 1/15.

      I get to use coupons at Wal-mart if I missed a sale.
      The deals at Wal-mart seem to stay the same for about a month or longer.

      the Chef’s link states a $3.00 coupon, but when I registered I only got $1.00 coupons. Anyone else?

        If you have already registered once and used the $3.00 coupon, it won’t give it to you again, will only give you the $1.00 off one (which is still a good deal).

        Yep. Me too. Haven’t ever registered here before either. The manager told me it was probably a coupon “scam.”

          Actually, scratch that. Mine PRINTED as a $3 off coupon, but only rung UP at $1.

        My $3 coupon was finally used at Wal-Mart last week but oddly enough it only showed $1 value in their computer system and a manager had to override it to allow it.

      those gloworms are a great way to teach babies to entertain themselves in their cribs while Mommy gets a chance to take care of her needs for once! When my babies were a each a few months old, I started giving them a toy like this instead of picking them up right away, they didn’t like it at first but soon I was able to get dressed or take a shower and do some of the little morning things that I put aside when they were newborns.This is a great gift for first time mommies!

        Wal Mart Dorman Center in Spartanburg SC does not carry Chef’s Requested but our local Ingles does.

      I was very excited about the Lullaby Gloworm being on sale for $5, so I went to Walmart this morning (with coupons!). They knew nothing about it being on sale and it cost $10 instead of $5. When I checked the store flyer, I couldn’t find anything about it being on sale. Has anyone had more luck?

        I live in Charleston, SC and went to the Walmert off Bees Ferry, I had the same problem. I had coupons in hand and was prepared to pay $5.00 then use my coupons, they were going to be for some last minute Christmas gifts.But no luck. Any advice would be helpful.

              i had the same problem at the walmart in greenville off pelham rd :( this is our first christmas with our new baby so i was super excited, but it was $10, not $5.

      I can’t get the chef’s request to print,it asks to install coupon activator which I thought I had, I’ve disabled my spyware to allow it but it keeps coming up “error with script” or something.
      any suggestions?

      Has everyone been able to find the Gloworms for $5 or is this a YMMV thing? I haven’t checked yet, but I am wondering if it is like many of the other clearanced things where only certain stores have those prices.

      Hi. Did anyone see the Wal-mart commercial this morning on TV (I’m in the Atlanta area) about an Ipod Nano special they are running. I did not catch which day or days it was for or much of anything else about it (I was on the phone). I did hear something about a free $50 gift card or i-tunes card or something like that. Any help will be appreciated. I did visit Wal-mart’s website but could not find that offer. Thanks.

      I found the gloworm for $5 yesterday at my Walmart in Cumming, GA.

        Be sure to check the price on it. There was no sale sign/tag on the aisle and we didn’t know it was on sale until we got to the register.

      Beef filets were $3.98 in Florence, SC but 98 cents for meat is great anyway. There was only one pack left when I went this morning. The snuggle fabric softener was $1.87 (got 13 cents back when I used my $2 off coupon). THANKS for the update of Wal-mart!

      Jenny, can you share where you saw that they were $5? I would love to get the difference back from Walmart…and I could if there was a way I could prove they overcharged me.

      This isn’t a Wal-mart deal but there was no other place to post this comment! K-Mart has their Mr. Potato Potato Spuds on sale in TN for $6.99 and there is a $5 printable at coupons.com! Makes it$1.99!!!!

      The gloworms were marked $9.97 at the Springville, AL Wal-Mart too. Also, the fillets were $3.98….still a great deal though.

      Can I just say, “Wal-Mart angers me!!” I can say this because I worked there 7 years, and they RARELY seem to have what I want or need in stock. I went in today for the three items above in addition to a Sirius satellite in-house dock for my husband and a spinach bread bowl I have bought there before.

      Needless to say, they had no gloworms (shelf tag said $9.84), the filets were $5.97, the Snuggle was not on sale, they had no radio docks or spinach bowls either. This is why I shop at Publix. I just wish I could get everything there.

      I went to Walmart in Tega Cay, SC and got the Snuggle for $1.87 and the steaks were $3.98. The Playskool Gloworm was $9.97. I even scanned it to make sure that was the correct price. I paid $1.02 for my steaks and the Snuggle was free (just in time since I was getting low on them)

      I was very disappointed after I made a trip to a very busy Goose Creek, SC WM with my 2 year old only to find the glow worms @ $9.97.

      I tried the steawks last month, and they tasted funny….. you could taste all of the preserves in them. I was not impressed, even though I got it for .98c…. rather keep it and get meats at Publix!

      The Wal-Mart here in my town in West Georgia marks down any coupon that might give overage. I tried to buy several items and she was just going to mark them down, of course she said that’s what they told her to do. So I just did not get the items that should’ve gained overage. I am holding on to my snuggle coupons in hopes it might go on sale at Publix. I am curious if Wal-Mart gets face value of the coupon when they submit it to the manufacturer or if they send it in for the marked down coupon price?

        They did that to me when I bought the Snuggle Fabric Sheets. They were on sale for $1.87 and they would only allow $1.87 to be taken off instead of the $2.00.

          me too. and let me tell you i had to go thru 4 people before they would even allow me to do it period. i had 1 cashier. 1 CSM, and 1 CS rep tell me they could not do it at all, i finally had to flag down a manager myself and ask them to help. they did do it, reluctantly..but marked them down to 1.87 and i ended up with 5 boxes paid only tax, .62 cents, my problem is how rude they all were, and that i had other items i could have had overage on, but i ended up having to do the snuggle seperatly at the customer service desk. but i was still nice, stood my ground, and got my snuggles, but i realized how unfriendly walmart really is to coupons more than ever.

      Lots of negative comments regaring couponing at Walmart. Intersting to say the least, if you consider the fact that couponing originated from Walmart.
