          Ok, I finally got this deal to work and the key is to log into the 1-800 Flowers.com website. If you try to buy as a “guest” which is what I was trying earlier then the code doesn’t work. Sorry for all the confusion.

      Be sure to put in the correct item number #17883 in the search line to get the special price and go through the checkout process until you are almost at the pay part to enter the promotional code, not at the first one on the first order screen.

      Please note that these are not full size roses, but are small flowers (about 1″ blooms) with multiple flowers per stem (usually 6-10). Just wanted everyone to know so there are not surprises on delivery.

        Just curious about this…why doesn’t it specify this in the details? It makes it sound like you’re going to get individual rose buds on a single stem…I like the other as well, but just wondering why they don’t describe this more clearly…Thanks for the head up!

      I don’t ever approve of flower deals. Nothing beats going to your local florist. 50 blooms is not the same as 50 spray roses. A stem typically has 6 blooms on it. That means 8.3 x $3 (typical price at florist here)$25. On top of this, February 7th, there will be a $10 off Teleflora product, you can use it at a Teleflora florist on floral purchases.

      Idk, since I work for a florist, I see MANY complaints from consumers about FTD.com, Teleflora.com, 1800flowers.com, Justflowers, proflowers, Fromyouflowers. Typically all have HUGE administrative fees andd those aren’t pass to florist.

        Really? I have ordered from 1-800Flowers several times and the quality and service ( on time etc.) has always been excellent! Im sorry to hear you have heard such negative things about them. I hope others dont have the same problem

        I had almost ordered earlier till I realized that this is for “spray roses” and not regular size roses and had gotten the code applied. I just went back in and tried just to see if it would work and it would not take it. I believe they figured out what was going on and corrected it not to accept the discount code.

      I was a little disappointed. I ordered the 100 spray roses box for $34.99, less the 20% code, making them $27.99 shipped. No tax, which was a plus. I printed my confirmation, and it said 100 roses. Then the email confirmation came, and it said 20 stems. I called customer service and she put me on hold for 15 minutes before I hung up. I emailed customer service with my concern, and they promptly returned my email, saying, “the product you selected is 20 stems with 5 blooms on each for a total of 100 blooms.” That’s not how I remember roses coming in the past, but I’m sure this will be nice (I hope)! Still a great price, even though the blooms may very well be small.

      Thanks Jenny for pointing out this offer. I agree with others that supporting local florist is usually the way to go however, I do enjoy a good online deal from time to time. Using the NURSE code for 15% worked perfectly. Hope everyone else enjoys the flowers, I know my lovely wife definitely will.

      I just tried the FB20 also and it wouldn’t work and the live chat representative told me I couldn’t use it either.
      My MIL owns a florist but she is 5 hrs. away and can’t deliver without wire charges to my mom who is 10 hrs. from her so I am going with the online deal!
