Congrats Bloom fans, it appears that  some Bloom stores are following Harris Teeter this week and are running super doubles for the rest of the ad week.

So far this is confirmed in Greer SC and Charlotte NC.

To help you for your deals, head to the big super doubles list for Harris Teeter (it’s the same coupons available so the deals will be the same too).

(thanks Trudy!)

Sorry, the Bloom on Pleasantburg, Greenville?
  • Joyce
Does anyone know if Bloom is doubling again this week??
  • Aisha V
I just called Bloom on Georgia Rd and Holland Rd and neither of them are doing any coupon deals, but last week they started on Friday, so I'll call back on Friday
  • Rose L
Argh Did not know about this one.. I called last week in Seneca and they said they were not doubling ! Will they do it again this week ?
  • morgan
I don't know, but if you find out please post here! That's the one I shop!

I am so aggravated.. I went to Bloom this morning with high expectations and came home super frustrated. First off I did not know that they limit the coupons you used, my bad completely b/c I usually remember stuff like that. So I am checking out and the guy says you can't use 6 of these coupons. Ok no big deal just void off these 6 items and deduct those coupons that was fine. So after he does this my total was 39.00 which totally seemed off but I went ahead and paid, then went to the car. Well, it was bugging me so badly that I got out the receipt and started looking through. found 7 items that rang up way more than what their tags said. Called my hubby and asked him if I should take the stuff back, he said well yea. So I go in and give the items to the customer service gal. She then tells me that the Pillsbury Cinnamon rolls were marked incorrectly and that the charges on my receipt were correct. Ok that's fine and all but they should really take down those labels if they are not the right price. I returned those items and she took the coupons back off, etc. So I got back 16.00 then. Went to go eat lunch with the hubby and the order was still buggin me.. I gave the receipt to him and he checked it out. He found that the 2 of the items that were supposed to be voided off had been added back to the order! The coupons had been voided off but the items added back in. So back to Bloom I went, same customer service gal(who called me by my first name by the time I left this time) helped me again and gave me back another 8.00 this time. All the way around? Worst grocery shopping experience in awhile. Think I will be avoiding Bloom for awhile, no matter how many doubles they toss out there! Hope everyone else has better trips..

Dana sounds like you've been going to my local BLOOM store...Hwy 14 & 29 aka...Greer
I'm always having issues with these guys. I have also found it does help when you do go to the store when nobody else is really out shopping so they're not too busy & 'rushed'. Speaking of odd hours for shopping I'm heading out in just a few lol Got a $2 off q on Scott towels & there already on sale $5.99(reg $9.99) Sorry y'all...it takes very little to get me excited lol!

I am sorry you had such a bad trip. I have never had them limit an item, but I have never bought more than four of any one thing. And YES, they are AWFUL with the incorrect tags. I had a similar experience last summer so I called their customer service phone number once I got home. They were more than helpful and had the store manager call me at home to resolve the situation (he said he didn't understand my issue when I explained it in the store). Also, if you are ever incorrectly charged for an item, they have a policy to give you one of that item free. The best advice I can give you about Bloom is to go when no one else will be there. I know it sounds ridiculous, but it seems to help with those kinds of issues.

I went to Bloom on Pleasantburg today. I got $45.00 worth of groceries for $16.00. When I checked out they gave me a $5.00 off my next shopping trip coupon which I turned around and bought milk and bananas with. So I'd say it was a pretty good trip! Thanks for letting me know about the double coupons up to $1.99!!
  • morgan
Yay! What a great trip! I had a similar experience this morning, I got a $3.25 coupon that I am saving for next week... not sure for what, but I need something to look forward to!

Went to Bloom tonight and got some pretty good deals, I was disappointed in a few things though. 1) I didn't receive the "overage" amount. I had a $1.50 off two Kotex items that were $.99 ea, the doubled amount was only $.48. I got them for free, but I really wanted that extra $1.02 overage!! Also 2) I had several manufacturer coupons with other store names on them (Publix, Ingles) and they wouldn't take them. I tried to explain that they weren't store coupons but she stood her ground. Ironically, one of the coupons that printed at the register was the SAME exact coupon she wouldn't let me use. Go figure.
  • morgan
I used the same Kotex coupon this morning and was so thrilled to get both packages for free! And I feel your pain with the other coupons. In my Bloom, it just depends on who is ringing me up. Sometimes they will take them, sometimes not.
  • Jenn
The last that I heard was that coupons would only double to free with no overages. Some people had luck with overages on sale items. HTH.
  • Paul
I know Bloomno longer double coupons from the Kiosk. I was wondering if they double off coupons from the internet? Such as coupons.com etc.??
  • Christy
Yes, they doubled my printed "coupons.com" coupons today!
  • Melissa
On Jenny's Harris Teeter list she referenced us to, there are some products that she suggests use a B1G1 coupon ALONG with a -$ coupon. Is that allowed? Are they both manufacturer coupons?
  • Tiya
The B1G1 is for the free item and the dollar off coupon is for the item you are actually buying. So it is one manny q per item and that is legal.
  • Aisha V
Bloom off Hwy 14 (Holland Rd) IS DOUBLING.. I called and went there tonight and they are Super doubling up to 1.99
  • Shannon
The Bloom's on Hwy 81 in Anderson IS doing the Super Double up to $1.99
  • Tiya
I don't know where to put this but it seems to be the best place. Bloom's is doing the Super Doubles in Anderson. I didn't know this until today. They are running pretty much the same deals as Food Lion. I got the Kraft deal but instead of getting $1/2 it doubled to $2/2 that made the deal sweeter. The DiGiornio Flatbread coupon also doubled making them $.50 each. I got the Hormel Entrees for only $.99 with a $1.50 man. q. In all I got $120 worth of groceries over 30 items for $25 and earned a $5 q off my next purchase. If I would have known they were doing the same promotion, I would have split up the transaction for even more savings. Hope this helps someone else.
  • Kristy
    kraft deal?
  • Tiya
Buy 5 Kraft items and get $5 off your next purchase.
  • morgan
I thought that was at BiLo? Bloom is doing it too?
  • Tiya
Yes it printed out when I went there. I didn't know beforehand.
  • Jennifer
Anyone know the final answer for MINT HILL??
  • Charmaine
It's too bad Bridges/Holland Rd is not, I stopped there yesterday to grab something and the store was pretty much EMPTY.
  • Kristy
I can't believe Bridges Rd isn't doing doubles. I have Hwy 14 and the W.Georgia Rd ones I can do too. Bridges Rd is going to lose alot of money this weekend!
  • Charmaine
What about Pelham Rd/Hwy 14 in G'ville? Does anyone know?
  • Just an update, I called Fort Mill, SC store and the Mt. Holly-Huntersville blvd, Charlotte, NC store and both of them are having the super doubles deal going on!
  • Karen
Greer on Wade Hampton and Buncombe just confirmed they are doing it also! Off to shop...
  • Courtney
Bridges Rd. & West Georgia Rd. in Greenville said NO, but Pleasantburg has said YES up to $1.99! Maybe the other stores will get on board later...
  • Ashley
Maybe West Georgia Rd changed their mind because I just called and they said Yes they are starting tomorrow. However, Bridges Rd still says no. This is confusing!
  • Kristy
Up to what value are they doubling? the 1.99?
  • Jenny
    Yes!
  • Lori
If Greenville is I bet Mauldin & Simpsonville are as well!
  • Courtney
I called the Bridges Rd. Bloom and they said no...but since Pleasantburg is, I might ask if they'll jump in.
  • Aisha V
I went to the Bloom on Holland and they are Super Doubling :)
  • Melissa
YAY!!! I am sooo excited! I've been waiting. Too bad I just got groceries last night, but hey, with super double coupons I guess I'll just stock up some more!
  • Mandy
Greenville, SC on Pleasanburg Rd is Super Doubling Fri-Tues!
  • Jennifer
    Yes! You answered my question!
  • Michelle
    Harrisburg store says YES!
  • Well, I've just called a few stores and it looks like the Bloom on Sugar Creek Road will start Super Doubles tomorrow, 1/8/2010. I'll let you know if I find any others.
  • Leigh
Does anyone know about the Bloom in Mauldin or Simpsonvile?
  • Ashley
I just called and confirmed that the Bloom in Simpsonville on West Georgia is participating. They will start doubling tomorrow. However, I also called Holland Rd (Bridges Rd) is NOT.
  • melissa
Yea I know, i just called Mint Hill and they said no.
  • Michelle
They've changed their story. One of my friends just called and they confirmed.
  • D
Seneca and Anderson will both be participating starting tomorrow.
  • margie
    Is this 1.99 double?
  • Michelle
Which stores in Charlotte, NC have confirmed? I just called two (Univ and Mint Hill) and they say no go.
