I just had the exact same thing happen at my Kroger. Their unwillingness to take that coupon and “spare” the $1.99 for their chocolate milk is going to cost them the ton of money I will now be spending at another store.

I had the same problem at my local Ingles last night. They would not accept internet coupons for free items…policy is posted. I bought it anyway because my 4 year old was super excited about the choc milk which I never buy.

I had two of the buy 2 gallons and get a free 1/2 gallon chocolate. My local Kroger would not accept the “internet printed” coupon for free items. I spoke with the manager and he stated that the policy was company wide, although they still will continue to accept other printed coupons.

Have you tried using a different browser like IE? That solved the freezing up issue for me on firefox.

It wouldn’t register the terms of service when I used Firefox. It worked fine in IE (Internet Explorer) and you must allow pop-ups for this site to get the coupon.

Keep trying. I finally got a message on one of our laptops that they were having problems with the site. It finally worked for me.
