There is a $5 OYNO from Kraft. I got it yesterday by buying 4 natural cheeses and 1 singles. I bought 5 bags of the shredded cheese before and it didn't print so thinking that there needs to be a combo of items and not all 5 the same. Could be wrong but just guessing.

You can contact Catalina marketing and request the coupon. Just have your receipt handy.

I am new to this. I just came home from HT in Fort Mill, I bought five kraft natural cheeses and did not get a $5 off and the cashier didn't know anything about it. The catalina thing, is that the seperate coupons that print out? I'm still trying to get a hang of all this. Is this deal just for select HTs or just for select people? Should it be on the bottom of my receipt?

I'm a little frustrated and disappointed. I've been twice this week and have only gotten a few things that I had coupons for. The smaller package of guacamole and the Spot Shot was gone both times and actually the Spot Shot BOGO was only for the pet stain one, not the aerosol one. Is there a flyer somewhere for others?

Also, is there anyone in the charlotte area, particularly S. Charlotte that can tell me which stores are the best to go to and when they restock? Is there a bulletin board or chat anywhere to discuss these things? I'm also wondering which paper is the best to get.

Jenn ~ Each HT restocks EVERY night...you have to go around 6 AM if you want to be sure that you get your choice of products. It's a total waste of time to go any later than say, 8 AM because items will likely be picked over. The distribution center is in Matthews so all Charlotte area stores get trucks in every night...my husband used to work part time stocking overnight.

Charlotte Observer is the best paper to get. Sometimes the Greenville News has more coupons.

The cashiers don't keep up with what Catalinas are printing. They are scanning groceries all day and nearly rip your receipt and coupons from the machine and throw them at you. Believe me, they are NOT paying any attention to what Catalinas print out. As far as I know, there is no Catalina for the cheese...it's just that if you were collecting coupons a few months ago you would have had a great coupon that makes it really cheap right now.

Westhaven HT in Franklin was totally out of bars yesterday (Saturday.) Also, Lysol wipes. Maybe they'll stock back up? They took more than two IP's so that rule must have changed. Yeah!

The Brentwood TN (Peartree) HT was out of Special K bars yesterday and today. A customer service rep said the truck should come tomorrow to restock, so I imagine the Franklin location will be restocked, too. The special is good through Tuesday (1/12).

I just came from HT and it seems mine has some new irritating coupon policies. They wouldn't take 3 of my coupons, even though they were manufacturers Q's and barcode started with 5. Two of them rang up and doubled, but 3rd wouldn't, so they called the manager to over ride and she said it had a Target symbol on it and she was not allowed to take it, and then she looked thru the other ones that had already rung up and took the other two off. I don't understand.

My HT has that same policy, if a Q has any other store logo on it, even if its a MQ they WON'T accept it. They will only accept another store Q if it is specifically for a dollar amount off the total puchase...ie, $5.00/$20.00 purchase. I think it depends on the store though.....

Just got back from my HT which has posted an "ad correction" note by the Special K Bars that says single serve items and items less than 5oz are not included in the instant $5. However, they were included on Wed. b/c I got the $5 back. Kind of sneeky that they have pulled these from the deal since they became an evic special.

My Harris Teeter in Franklin,Tn did not give me any overage on items with coupons today and the manager said it was corporate policy to not give overage so I did not make a profit on any items

Hmmmm, just got back from HT and I DID get the $5.00 oyno Cat. I bought 5 shredded cheese and it printed right out, I even used coupons! I also got the Kellogg's deal(again) and I got 1 box for .99 the rest at $1.99 and I got $5.00 off instantly, but no cat. This was my best trip ever I think, 86.62 Total; oop 5.78 with a $5.00 catalina for tomorrow!!!!!!!

THe special k offer worked for me but the kraft cheese offer did not.

I asked about the Kraft offer and was told that it needs to be 5 "natural" shredded cheeses. I bought five and when I checked out a "thank you for Kraft" $5 your next ordered printed out. I did have to ask my check out person because sometimes they forget to give you those coupons.

For Special K, $5 off 4 products is instant and it is limit one deal per transaction. For the $.99 bars, that is a special eVic deal and the email says limit one at $.99, but they are still on sale for $1.99. I made a $1 profit by buying 2 cereals and 2 bars and using the 2 coupons from last weeks paper.

I have heard that some are not getting the CAT on the cheese, but the ones not getting the CAT have usually purchased the 2% varieties, which are 7 oz, not 8 oz, so that could have something to do with it. Which variety did you choose? I don't think the BOGO should affect it, as it is ringing 1/2 price, rather than 1 @ $3.29 and 1 @ $0.00. I *shouldn't* affect it. Take your receipt and call the catalina marketing company. They will be able to determine whether you should have received it or not, and if you should have, they will mail it to you via snail mail. I was told when I called about a Walgreen's receipt, that it can take anywhere from 8 - 12 weeks, but you will still receive it. HTH!

mine did not either so i got word back from corporate and i dont think its very fari, BUT if you got the 5 products using a BOGO sale (liek the shredded cheese like i did) it only counts as buying 3, doesnt include the 2 you get for free.

My E-Vic did not say a limit of 1, but at checkout only 1 was discounted. I asked at customer service, and they said it was assumed that all E-Vics were a limit of 1, but just emailed corporate to get an answer.

I AGREE! I just got back from HT and the e-vic special is only for ONE box, all my others rang up at 1.99 (which is the sale price all week.) Also NO Catalina printed!! :(

That is what Caroline and I were saying. Jenny posted that in addition to that instant $5 off, that you'd also get a $5 catalina off your next order - at least that is how most people are reading it. Neither of us received it. We are wondering if anyone has gotten that deal that she posted. It would be a great deal, I just figured that HT isn't going to allow $5 instant saving AND $5 catalina on the SAME products.

Hey. You will only need to use 2 coupons when you buy 4 boxes. Each coupon is for $1 off 2 boxes. Both coupons will double to $2. Hope that helps.

My ad doesn't have a limit on the bars either and it's got a buy one get one on Bayer products.

My ad did not say limit 1 on the Special K bars but it did on the rest of the stuff. In addition, I didn't have the vinegar on my ad but had Crest Mouthwash free with the purchase of Crest Whitestrips. I know it says different evic customers get different things. This is probably not a great deal unless you are already going to buy the whitestrips. It will be interesting to see on the Special K bars, I will head out there later today and report back!

I got 1 box at 0.99 cents, the others at the sale price, used my 2 coupons, and they still gave me the $5 off for buying 4. That was in Winston-Salem.

I just bought the Special K bars. Mine rang up $1.99, not .99 but they were still a good deal with the manufacturer coupons. The .99 special wasn't part of the 4-day sale email I received. I did also get the $5 instant savings so they were still free.

Only select e-vic customers get the 0.99 cent bars, and it's only on the first package. The rest ring up at 1.99

My HT in Wilson, NC is limiting each customer to 4 boxes of Special K bars per day. I also paid .99 for the first and 1.99 for the other three. My email didn't say "limit 1" either. I guess it was an error.

Good question considering all the problems others have had just using their Special K coupons with current instant $5 off.
