If you have 4-5 minutes to take a survey, you will score some great Cetaphil coupons!  Get $5 off any Cetpahil product!! Hit your back button to print a second one.

This is my facewash of choice so  $5 off is enough to make me ask strangers to take the survey and give me their coupons.

The site is loading very slow, and appears to working best in Internet Explorer, and make sure that you also enter the information to register for their site.  (It’s part of the survey and won’t give you the coupons if you don’t).

      While you're on the site, look at their retail promotions and there are various store coupons for their products (CVS, Rite Aid, etc). There is also a $3 q for Cetaphil facial moisturizer.

        Finally got it and my husband is doing it too so we can have 4 coupons. Cetaphil is all I use so I'm so glad to finally have coupons for it because it's not cheap!

        I did the survey last night (when I was too tired to think) and I can't remember if I got that message, though now that you said it, it does sound familiar.

        At any rate, I didn't get a coupon and I can't seem to find anything about it. :(

        It's on page 5 of the insert that was in Sunday's paper (2/14). Not sure if it's in the ones in-store or not.

          It is Not in my Rite Aid ad in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Page 5 only has one coupon and it is for Omeprazole. I looked at the other pages, but could not find it either, so I'm assuming that the coupon is “regional.”

        Not sure if this is “cheating” but you can forward the email to someone else and they can print the coupon out on a different computer without taking the survey. Love cetaphil, great coupon!

      i can't get it to work either, it gets to loading up to 5% then just doesn't do anything else! ughhh My 2 year old son has major skin issues and this is the only thing we can use. Thought i had found the mother load of jackpots ;) Oh well Thanks anyways Jenny….. you rock

      ok – for those who are confused like i was. you click on the arrow next to the bottom girl on the left – I think it said something like creat your cetphil profile anyway – it will ask you about your skin type, issues etc. just keep answering the questions and then at the end say you want to sign up for the email and it will send you the coupon. it took me a while to figure it out and it takes a while for the site to download so be patient! i think it was worth $5!!

        I tried for over 30 minutes, creeping along page by page. I was almost done with the survey and the site went down and now I can't even re-open. I'm going to email them. I was so close! I have a special needs blog and want to ask them for a giveaway so I'll send it all in one email.

      After many attempts to register I finally got an email with a link to take the survey, but the page won't open. I have tried IE and FF, left my browser open for what seems like forever, and NOTHING. I guess too many people are trying at the same time :-( I finally sent them an email and asked if they could send me the coupon. Figured it was worth a shot. Still waiting for a reply.

      I did the survey, then it told me something like I would receive it in mail. A day after, I checked my welcome email from them and it had a link to print the coupon. However, the link now says something like promotion has ended.

      I am so frustrated! I have been trying to get the survey to load for 24 hours now on different browsers and 3 different computers. I get the page to load so just so far and never get to the survey. It is just not worth it but I would have loved to have received the coupon. Congratulations to those who were able to print it!

      I have tried loading the quiz all day and cannot get beyond 27%. My son has very dry skin and I have been wanting to try this, but it is normally so expensive! If anyone would email me the link I would greatly appreciate it.

        I finally figured it out. If you go to the Cetaphil main page, just click on the girl in the lower left hand corner. It will ask you about your skin type and then it will ask if you want to join for the coupon and to take the survey. :)

      I found this site when looking for a Cetaphil coupon. I saw the $5 printable coupon for taking a survey, which I'd be pleased to do. However, I can find no way to access the survey or the coupon. I've tried clicking on every link I see on the page, and nothing takes me to a survey! I have noted the previous emails (and the comment above) saying that access is slow, but in this case, I can't even find the access point! Has this expired already? If so, why is the promo still up there? I would appreciate your input. Thank you.
