Amazon has TONS of Free eBooks for your Kindle, PC or iPhone!  Many of them are actually very old magazines and articles, some from the 1800′s.

If you have a few extra minutes you might find some really neat things to read too just by searching the very long  list (like The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes).

      Hey Jenny:

At the end of your comment there, you mentioned something about neat things to listen to like Sherlock Holmes but I was wondering if that was something separate from the ebooks?

          Jenny,

The Amazon Kindle 2 has an experimental feature where it will read the ebooks to you….I haven't tried it yet, but will tonight when I get home and let you know :)

We have a Kindle and I really don't like that way it reads to you….Sounds too robotic and it gets annoying…lol

There are close to 20 modern novels free at the moment and close to 6000 classics. I have the PC app and am saving my swagbucks for a Kindle 2. :) So far I've collected over 200 free books, most are classics but that's not to say that all of them are because a good deal of them aren't. There are a large number of Christian resource, devotionals, and even romantic novels free monthly, sometimes weekly.
