I hope they really honor this~ one time I took my 5 kids there for "free pretzel day" and the manager told me I had too many children, and we couldn't all have a pretzel. I was so embarassed! I even contacted corporate and was never really issued an apology~ just a "we have to be considerate of our other customers" letter. I haven't been back since. :O(

That's so sad!! I bet it made the kids feel bad too! They need to be considerate to all including your kids!

How terrible! If they can't afford to give out free pretzels to families with more than one child, then they shouldn't have free pretzel day!
