I just spent the morning driving through the North Carolina mountains.  I think I need a warm bath and a couple Advil to get over some of the steep turns and cliffs.  But…  it’s beautiful up here!  My girls who saw their first snow last week are amazed at the mounds of snow everywhere and the massive icicles hanging from roofs.   We are here for a workshop in Boone tomorrow but if anyone wants to play in the snow today feel free to join us!

For the rest of you that don’t have snow how about some samples and coupons?  It’s not the same I know, but it can still be exciting!

        Hsvmom, just wondering which Publix you shop in Huntsville? I am in Athens, but my husband works in Huntsville and is always willing to stop and get things. Do they take competitor coupons? If so, which ones? Food Lion or Harveys? The $5 off Rite Aid coupons? Do they surpress .50 cent coupons that say “do not double?” Thanks!

          Hi Michelle,

          I shop at the one at the intersection of Mt. Gap and Bailey Cove. The only competitor coupons that they accept is Target. They do double all coupons up to .50, even the ones that say not to.
