We were at Harris Teeter in Williamsburg last night from 11:00pm til 1:30am. They would not accept my B1G1 on Scrubbing Bubbles Shower Cleaner Refill because it was an Internet Print. Any comments? The Dannon items were 2/$5 which made the $.50 instead of free, but that was OK. On two sets of 20 coupons saved $92. paid $39. going back again. Thanks for all the info

i had this same problem with the scrubbing bubbles... even after talking to the manager. they also won't take the combo of the BOGO and the $1.50 off 2. that's the second time i've had a problem with redeeming coupons in so many days. VERY disappointed in HT.

I went in with my list in hand, quite excited, and half the things I looked for were higher priced than on the list. I found a few things, like Cheese Nips were $2, but, of course, were all bought-up. Is there any chance that either a store would not advertise its unlisted sale prices or that prices truly may vary per store?

Price truly vary from store to store. You can go on Harristeeter.com and use the "online shopping" section to price things in your area. Maybe your store will be listed and you can get exact prices for sure. The store in my city does not have online shopping- so i use a store in the next city over and everything is always the same price at my HT as listed for the surrounding area here. Try that! If a store close to you has online shopping it should give you a great idea of what you will be paying.

Actually- I can't remember what but 1 or 2 things ended up being part of my "super doubles" because of coupons I had and I would not have thought to use these q's had I not checked the prices online and found out they were on sale this week :)

Hi there. So, I just got back from a pretty frustrating shopping trip at HT. None of the freebies that I was interested in were actually free! :( The Hunt's tomato sauce, listed at 45 cents for an 8 oz. can, was actually 58 cents on sale at my HT. The Dannon DanActive Probiotic Dairy Drink, listed at $2 for a 4 pk, was actually 2 for $5. I'm wondering if various HT stores can price differently than corporate lists? I know that the match-ups were put up early so everyone could get a head start....were they changed when needed to match the current sale ads?

I went to the Nashville HT today and NONE of the yogurts or Bayer were on sale for the stated price. They did look at their sales ad and it wasn't listed in there for the stated price either. I don't know if Nashville has different pricing or not...just a heads up...

Be mindful KC. I made that mistake yesterday. The v-8 splash is 4.15 bu the fusion is 2.50. the two are not shelved side by side so you may not notice it straightaway. I didnt realize my mistake until i went to the folly store after leaving the west ashley store. Verify it on your next visit

You may just need to use a different server- internet explorer instead of firefox- or vice versa. Is your computer pop-up blocker on? Sometimes that will prevent things from printing for me. i didn't have any issues with the soft scrub coupons personally but tend to run into problems on occasion with other sites.

The deal sound great but just a reminder to those in the Mooresville, NC area.....if it says on the coupon DO NOT DOUBLE....they will not double this coupon. I have been corrected at both locations! So...check the coupons and have some fun! :)

Hey. I have found in Mooresville and Lincolnton that it really depends on your cashier as to whether or not they will enforce the do not doubles. It is helpful to me to make friends with these people so that I know who is working and when! :) Just makes life a little less stressful.

I live in G'ville and usually go shortly after 8:00 and have never had any problems getting anything that I wanted. Did the store here tell you they would not be participating? They have always done what all the others do in the past.

there's also a limit of 2 internet coupons for the same kind of item, even when they are manufacturer coupons.

So you can use 2 coupons if say you cut one out of the paper and then you print one off the internet BOTH coupons for the exact same item???

I know Rite Aid lets you do that but I wasn't sure with the super doubles???

There is no limit to how many of an item you may purchase unless there is a limit specifically stated in the ad. HOWEVER, there is a limit to how many COUPONS for the item you may use. Harris Teeter's official policy is that they will double/triple (whatever they're doing at the time) coupons for up to 3 identical items per day/transaction/whatever. There is also an overall limit of 20 multiplied coupons per day per household/card, and the system does keep track of that so you cannot go to another store with the same card and try to use 20 more coupons - they will not multiply if you try.

Yeah- I had 4 printable coupons for cat treats- $1 off. The treats were $2, so therefore, they were free. I got three packs, but the cashier wouldn't let me get the 4th path.

However, she KEPT my coupon :(. That means I can't even go back today and use it or anything... and I reached my print limit. Bummer...

So just make sure if you have too many, you might have to ask to get your coupon back!

FYI- I checked the coupon policy today and they will NOT give rain checks for items that they run out of during this sale. I'm sure each store is different so you may want to check with your individual store.

Just a note: HT is running an E-Vic promotion called Healthy Smile Pts which I've copied and pasted the info straight from their site below. Now, I'm not exactly interested in using up ALL my coupons for one day of shopping just to get the $5 points but it could easily get me there quick enough. Usually they all do it at the same time w/ the exception of stores like the Outer Banks. Greenville pretty much always does it at the same time as Charlotte, and the Charlotte area has been confirmed.

is it just me or do the REd Plum coupons seem better than the SS coupons for the most part? It could just be sour grapes since I'm in an area that doesn't deliver it to home and it's not in any of our papers. But a lot of the time when I see a great deal I get excited about, I notice it's RP and I cannot has :( Sooo excited for Wednesday...I'm getting my coupons ready tonight because I have to work tomorrow and I want to be ready!

I think it is because we don't get them in the paper. I have begged, traded, you name it to get the RP coupons from my neighbors. I have noticed that it is only really annoying when I want to stock up on something and only have ONE coupon. I am not sure if they are better or not. If they came in my paper I would be much happier though.

HT *does* take coupons that you print from other websites, like Target, *if* they say "manufacturer coupon" at the top. Sometimes they have the Target logo but are really manufacturer coupons. If they say "store coupon" at the top, HT will *not* take them.

The Teeters in Lincolnton will not take the manufacturer coupons with the Target logo.

They will take coupons for $$ off your total purchase - for example if you have a Target coupon for $5 off any $50 grocery purchase, they will take that. Their official policy however states that they do NOT accept competitors coupons for $ off specific items - so for example they should NOT take a Target coupon for $1.00 off of dog food, etc.
