I think it is definately regional. It did not work for me in the Richmond,VA area. I scanned more than one type, but none said they qualified for the gift card. The razor deal did work for me and all of the coupons for the razors and free bodywash worked. I also got Olays with the free lotion, so that was a plus. I was bummed about not getting the gift card for the Olay, but at least got $10 in GCs for the razor deal. This will still be a money maker for me without the Olay GC with the rebate.
