The News and Courier in Charleston, SC did not get such a good of deal as you did. There are 2 coupons. One is $6 off a 14 or 28 count product and a $10 off a 42 count product.

PS–Rite Aid video values (manufacturer) coupon has a RA symbol but says, “Coupon good at all participating retailers.”

Just printed my video values ones–there is one for $6 off and one for $10 off–but they are not the usual video values coupons with a “RC” (Rite Aid) code. They are true manufacturer coupons–starting with a 5–so I don't think they can be stacked with the one from the paper. Although, I still will be using it! Don't forget you can use a 5 off 20 or 5 off 25 coupon if bought at Rite Aid!
