My favorite Italian meal is my Mom's( who is getting ready to turn 90 years old!) homemade spaghetti. She would start the sauce in the early afternoon & let it simmer while she taught piano lessons. The smell was all over the house.YUM!!!

Chicken Parmesean (no breading on the chicken… The chicken is covered in Basil, Parsley, Rosemary, and EVOO). SO good and easy to make! My family thought I was such a great chef for making this! :)

I love to make shrimp alfredo. I use a 3 cheese alfredo bought at the grocery, add some pesto and sundried tomatoes. Artichoke hearts and sauteed mushrooms also add to the flavor. A quick grill of the shrimp and your guests will think they are at carabbas! Oh- and you can't go wrong with parmesian cheese.

Oh really! It's hard to choose. I love a pesto sauce with sundried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, and mushrooms, tossed with angel hair pasta. It's making my mouth water!
