Hope this helps, I couldnt find the select and zoom either. However, once I saved the coupon on my computer, and then brought up the saved document I found a new tools icon and was able to find the select and zoom and finish the process:):)

It worked for me. I just updated my Adobe Reader. Opened the link, then Clicked File on top then Clicked “Save Page As” and then I saved it to my documents as RiteAid.pdf.
