I was able to get a duplicate receipt as well, but there did have to be a manager override and the manager said it would only print a duplicate immediately after the sale. i'm going to tell the cashier at the beginning of my transaction next time to make sure the manager is around afterwards!

The olay body wash deal did not work in Tallahassee. I tried all 3 types and none came up with the gift card. No biggie–it was still free bodywash and still a money maker…

I tried to do the deal and it was an unbelievable hassle. First, they wouldn't let me use more than one free olay body coupon at a time. When I split up the transaction (venus, gillette, body wash) then they said I couldn't use the coupon for the razor and the body wash together. Then when I pulled out the breeze coupon, they wouldn't accept the body wash coupon because the Olay Body Wash I picked out wasn't identical to the picture on the coupon!!! Wasted two separate trips and an hour, and walked away from it all. I am so not going back to Target

The Target in Roswell, GA (hwy 92) has recent DVDs on sale from 19.99 for $9. Some of the titles I saw were Up, Harry Potter and the Hangover. These were at the checkout front displays.

The deal wasn't in my ad, or posted at the store. The $5 GC was for buying three 8z. Total Effects body washes.(I checked all body washes on the scanner until I found the right one!) I was able to use (4) $2 off Venus Razor, (4) Free Body Wash wyb Razor, received (3) $5 GC for purchases. (Titusville, FL)

Hello. Make a copy of the receipt and send in. I made a copy of a receipt for Spot Shot Carpet Cleaner last month to get a free movie ticket and did not have a probelm.

I did the olay and razors deal. I ended up paying 24.93 oop and will get the $15 Olay rebate and I was able to get all 3 $5 gift cards. BUT, I did not get the duplicate receipt even after going to CS desk. Still a good deal, but a couple of frustrating things. 1- not getting a duplicate, 2-had to use an in store price scanner to make sure I bought the right products (I grabbed a variety of Olay body washes, gilette fusions and Venus Breeze/Embrace razors and scanned each one. I only purchased the ones that indicated it was eligible for the $5 gift card and I put the others back), 3-none of the sales prices were posted by the products (the only way I knew which ones were on sale was to use the price scanner), 4-the Target I went to would only accept 2 venus razor coupons and two get one body wash free coupons.

So, after the rebate comes in, I made about $6 bucks. So it's all good.

I was very skeptical about trying the Olay deal at the Garners Ferry Target in Cola., SC. after your post and many others. I did not dare attempt the free Olay body wash, but did get 3 body washes w/ 3 man q and a $5 gift card w/ no problem. It is just so weird that different people get different register response. Also got gift card for the razors using the 2 q w/ no problem. I scanned everything first to make sure the gift card came up, and it did.

I was waiting to be shot down, but I got through without too much of a hitch. The first cashier said I had to go to the service desk for a duplicate receipt. I asked before she started ringing. So off to the service desk, the lady there said “No, they do that at the cashier” so she walked me over there and the cashier was great, I used all my BOGO Q's and got a duplicate receipt. I did NOT however, get the $5 gift card for the Olay.

I tried to use the coupons and they told me that they were fake coupons, even though I still had the entire sheet in my purse from the Hasbro website! They said since it didn't scan, they won't accept it. :(

I agree, 9 out of 10 times the Target in Symmes Twp Ohio gives me major grief !! I hate shopping with coupons there. You are correct, I am treated like I am robbing the store and every coupon is questioned. They have refused many (even those clipped from the Sunday paper). I got so mad after a 3 hour battle at Christmas for the Glade candles that included a phone call to Target headquarters, that I no longer purchase ANY item unless it has a coupon and is less than a buck anymore from Target!!! Their headquarters was even worse than the store!! This was after I was routed to India and some other country. Cute items but NASTY customer service!! I guess I am spoiled by the super friendly people at Walgreens and CVS.

I worked Jenny's deal idea and had easy success at my Target – I was also able to get a duplicate receipt without a problem. I think I had a manager at my register. I did ask before she started to ring me up.

IT ISNT IN THE PAPER..ITS AN IN STORE THING.. BUT MAKE SURE U GET THE OLAY THAT HAS THE BONUS BOTTLE ON IT OR IT DOESNT WORK. AND AS I STATED EARLIER.. I GOTTA AGREE WITH YOU.. THE TARGET IN MY AREA IS ALSO HOSTILE.. AND I AM OVER IT.. I WENT YESTERDAY TO DO THE RAZORS AND OLAY DEAL.. WELL… 45 MINUTES AT THE CASH REGISTER AND I WAS TOTALLY FRUSTRATED.. I TOLD THE CASHIER AT THE BEGINNING OF MY ORDER I WOULD NEED A DUPLICATE RECEIPT.. NOT A PAPER COPY MADE ON A COPY MACHINE.. WELL.. LET ME TELL YOU.. U WOULD HAVE THOUGHT I ASKED FOR GOLD.. IT TOOK THEM 45 MINUTES TO DO IT. FINALLY HAD TO CANCEL MY ORDER AND START AGAIN.. AND THEN SHE WANTED TO ARGUE ABOUT THE COUPONS.. AND THE GIFT CARDS ETC.. I STOOD MY GROUND.. REFUSED TO LEAVE WITHOUT MY PRODUCT.. MY GIFT CARDS AND MY DUPLICATE RECEIPTS.. USUALLY I WOULD JUST SAY OK.. BUT I AM TIRED OF TARGET PUTTING THESE OFFERS OUT THERE AND THEN NOT WANTING TO LET U REDEEM THEM.. THEN THE ASST MANAGER SAYS.. WELL I CANT GIVE U A CARD ON THE OLAY SINCE U DIDNT PAY FOR IT.. Those of you having Target trouble I'm there with you! The Olay body wash gift card deal did not work at the Garners Ferry Target in Columbia, SC. Also GE Reveal Lightbulbs with both mfr and store coupons were not free, FYI. On the Olay deal, I was told it only worked for the olay facial cleansers. Showed the ad that had the facial cleansers and said “selected others.” There was no sign on the aisle showing what was selected. Cashier said that's because folks had been bringing the signs up to prove what was included. Yeesh! I was happy with my two GCs and free body wash and let it go! Before I couponed, I loved Target. Now I remember why I rarely go there.

My target let me get the 3 olay's for free and gift card no problem. The problem came because the target ad is for the Venus Breeze razor but the coupons are for the Venus Embrace. Check your coupons and ads carefully.

I did the Special K bars deal yesterday. I divided my items up into two baskets and told the cashier that i would need 2 transactions. She was fine with that…I used the first gift card on the second purchase and she was fine with that also.

I think I found the rare Target cashier that doesn't mind a body saving some money!!!
