After the manager said it was because I MUST be using a 10$RR that I already got from Garnier, and basically calling me a liar twice, until I made the cashier pull out RRs that I used and showed him that it said "Thanks from Pepsi," he voided and re-rang at a different register, and still it didn't print my RR. We checked every item to be sure it was in the ad- it was. Finally, he decided that it wasn't printing my RR because of the 6 1.00 Garnier coupons, because thay say 1 coupon per purchase. I tried to explain that's not the same as 1 per transaction, but he wasn't buying it. So I left the stuff, but I still want that Garnier, and I can't figure out why the RR wouldn't print. Any ideas?
