KMart Super Doubles Starting 4/4

Okay, here’s a very early heads up that starting April 4th KMart will run Super Doubles again.  This means that they will double any coupon that is $2 or less!

Supposedly this time they are limiting you to 5 doubled coupons per day.

Want to see the official list of all participating stores ?  It is not organized in any fashion so look on the left hand side and click on the binoculars to search for your city.  There are 30 pages, so searching is much quicker than trying to scan all the pages!!

With only 5 deals per person you might find that it is not worth your time.  ( I personally have found that any trip over there for doubles no matter how many coupons they take is not worth my time).

      Well it is about time I get to participate in one of these! I sent an email to KMart about a year ago that said if they don't care to bring deals like this one to customers in my area then I don't care to shop in their store.

      As always, Jenny, thank you and I can't wait to get a look at that list and plan my trip!

      I tried searching for my city… concord and it said it was not found, but then I found it on my own. Keep looking. It might be there.

      All you have to do is search the PDF file, type in the name of the city and hit enter and it will show you each line with that city name!

      Finally, my store is participating! I pass our local store every day on my way to/from work, so I'm crossing my fingers there will be some good deals!

      I am happy the one in Columbus, MS is doing it. so i got a question Is it 5 coupons per person per day? so could like me and my husband go up there buy 5 thing with 5 coupons apiece then put the 10 things in the car come back in and do it all over again?

        Carrie,

        I had read on another blog that you would have to use their reward card to redeem the coupons. I don't have a card yet, so I am not sure how it would work. I'm sorry I don't have more info to give you.

        that's not how it works in my store, we generally recognize the customer coming back to double dip and refuse the use of coupons again the same day

      My Kmart is there!! Yeah, since no stores ever double coupons you can bet I will shop there for my 5 deals.

      I'm with you Amy…I dislike Kmart too…their customer service skills suck and everytime I want to use a coupon on an item something is always wrong…unless they are giving it away for free and all I have to do is walk in and pick it up and walk out the door then you will never catch me in a Kmart store!!!

        I agree. I tried K Mart over and over during the doubles- even different stores. All of their customer service people were HORRIBLE. I had a cashier tell me she was not taking my internet printed coupons at all! I was furious & there was an overhead annoucement while I was shopping that said “attention KMart shoppers, did you know that KMart now takes internet printed coupons? Go to kmart.com for coupons!” UNBELIEVABLE!

      Last time they did this, they seemed to raise the price higher than normal. I cannot stand to shop in Kmart. It's depressing. So, I think I will skip.

      I can't STAND our Kmart becuz of the “customer service”, but it's FINALLY on the list!!!!!! My 3 oldest are teens plus my hubby & me….. I can get TWENTY-FIVE deals per day!!!!!!! :)

      I will attempt to visit my store one day this weekend and scope out some FAB deals! :)

      I actually had emailed K Mart's Customer Service Department today after reading about their Super Double Coupon event last week on another site. I have copied and pasted the response I received from a customer service representative below. I inquired about what stores would be participating in the state of GA and this was her response.

      “Thank you for contacting Kmart regarding the Kmart Double Coupon Event. We appreciate your interest in this promotion.

      The event will run from 4-4-10 through 4-10-10 . All of the GA stores are participating.

      Following are the restrictions:

      Manufacturer Coupons up to and including $2 Value ? Doubled up to $2 no matter what the retail price of a single item is. In-store Activation MUST BE tied to Shop Your Way to Rewards card-offer is only good when the Shop Your Way to Rewards card is swiped FIRST. In order to received a Shop Your Way Rewards card, please visit your local Kmart store.

      Event Does not include Kmart Store Coupons nor Pharmacy coupons.
      Limit 5 coupons per customer per day. First 5 coupons presented will be doubled. Amount of credit from doubling a coupon cannot exceed the current retail price of a single item. No cash or in-store purchase credit will be awarded for any amount exceeding the retail price of the item. Limit 1 coupon for each item purchased.

      well darn it will only be hubby and me and my kmart is about a 30 min drive to the next town. but how will they know if you come back in that same day? and try again

        I guess they will know if you have already shopped when you use your reward card. I was already thinking of using cash one time, husband doing the same, but that darn card will let them know! :(

      I was in Kmart yesterday and they had several catalina deals. 1.) Spend $30, get $10 Q (or spend $15, get $5 Q) Participating products include Renuzit, Purex, Dixie, Right Guard, Zout, Dial. 2.) Free Glad trash bag (up to $5.49) wyb $15 worth of Clorox cleaning items. Both are good though 4/12 so you should be able to combine them with double coupons.

      They handled their doubles so poorly in my honest opinion and their customer service was so terrible, that I refuse to shop there at all–doubles or not!

      I emailed them a few weeks back and the man responded and told me pretty much that every store in Virginia was participating except for every store in the Tidewater/Hampton Roads area. I wrote back and expressed my disdain for their excluding us.

      I went to CVS yesterday. Here is a list of what I bought.
      1 Bottle of 60 Load Downy
      2 Bottles of Cascade Dishwashing Detergent
      1 Bottle of Pantene Shampoo
      1 Bottle of Pantene Conditioner
      1 Pack of Always Feminine Pads
      2 Bottle of Dawn Dishwashing Detergent

      Between CVS Bucks and My Coupon I only Spent $13.00 and Still have CVS bucks coming to me in April….wow who would have knew…I Love CVS

      Apparently, they have been losing big time on these promotions.

      More excessive behaviors by some are ruining it for others.

      I haven't been in a Kmart in recent years, mostly because they are overpriced and their merchandise woefully outdated.

      I might try this promotion just to see if they are worth shopping again.

      I think all the sales, promotions, etc are great.

      I had noticed the huge uptick in Kroger promotions (much different atmosphere than it used to be).

      However, I read in the local newspaper business section that as a company Kroger has increased sales 5% and their profits have DECREASED 27% in the same time period.

      Don't think they will hang onto that business model long. May as well enjoy the deals because the moment the economy gets a little better, they will be drawing them down gradually I am sure.

      Scarry, dirty, sullen, hostile, disinterested, futile…these describe my local Kmart and/or its employees…Time was when I'd endure it to save this bonanza of $10, but now I'd pay it to avoid going there…Last trip for all time was for cheap Crystal Light, left with nothing but a bad headache and a grudge.

      I am just wondering if it is really worth it….I like a deal as well as the next person…But limit 5 coupons per day and I have to use your reward card to make the transaction happen…I can do that now with your reward card without waiting for the week of 4th….K-Mart has gone from a limit of 40 q's per day to 10 q's and now 5 q's…..I have at least 5 different K-Mart within a 10 minute drive from home and I just dont see it being worthwhile to go….I'll stick with CVS, Walgreens, Target and maybe WalMart.. Good luck to those of you who love the hassle at K-Mart but I will sit this one out…

      Just wanted Jenny and everyone else to know, Kmart has a $10 off $20 coupon on their site. If the terrible link works, I'm pasting it here. I didn't think that the coupon doubling would be worth it either, but it may be if combined with a $10 off!

        this coupon is only good for a select store for a grand opening and not good for all Kmarts. It was listed on one of these sites to be used at all stores, but after an email from corporate to our store it is clear that it is only for 1 particular area store. We are not accepting the coupon

      I just called my local K-mart and the girl who answered the phone said that she is “not sure” if they are participating. I printed off the page where my store is listed and highlighted it. If they try to tell me they aren't participating, I'll call corporate and complain.

      i called all the local kmarts in or neat charlotte nc. and not one of them are participating. where would this list have came from. its not legit.
