There has to be something wrong with your settings on the computer but just like Toni, I am not able to help figure it out. If you haven't done so already, do know that you will need to install a very simple coupon program from one of the sites (except Smartsource) which allows them to monitor if your computer has printed coupons in the past. It keeps track because each computer is limited in the number of prints it is allowed to make of each coupon. <br><br>If you have installed the coupon printer program (it will prompt you to do it if you haven't already) then I would recommend downloading the latest version of Firefox (another type of web browser other then Explorer) and see if that makes a difference. You will be prompted once again to allow the coupon program to install within Firefox. <br><br>The last tip would be to click on the link for troubleshooting at any of the coupon sites when you try to print. They will try to walk you through any problems in an easy to understand manner.
