I agree completely with you on other couponers who are getting greedy are ruining it for those that NEED to grocery shop this way to SURVIVE! I play by the rules and only buy what my family will use in about 3 weeks. Take for example, I wanted to get 2 six pack jello mouse temptations for my kids to have in their lunchboxes/snacks, but nnoooo. someone came and bought ALL of them. not a single one left ( got a raincheck). The dairy guy was nice enough to check in the back for me, but to no avail. I really wish they would put a limit on things, I think then it would allow everyone to get a deal, a generous limit, but a limit. Who needs 15 six packs of chocolte pudding?! thats ridiculous!

Wanted to let you know here in Mt. Plastic (Pleasant).....the publix over in Queensborough shopping center was a major headache today.....would not even take their own $5.00 off coupon....even though I had $45+ in groceries and other coupons, one of the managers said since the total would go below the $30.00 mark after coupons we are not able to take the $5.00 off Q.......I left without buying anything......so frustrating!

The manager at my store said Target was not a competitor until they became a Super Target so now they are competition. Also, in our area we have a CVS and Walgreens on every street corner and since they sell all items (grocery, beauty, drug, pet, laundry, etc) she indicated they are competitors. She stated coupon policies are the same for all stores but since Publix is so large unfortunately not all employees know all of the rules. This is true bc the other Publix 5 min up the road does not know their own policies. She suggested I email corporate and get the response via email and print it and keep it with my coupons to show the cashier in case there are any problems at their other locations.

A "competitor" is a traditional grocery store which operates in the general area of a Publix store. Drug stores are not a traditional competitor and for most stores, neither is Super-Target. Each Publix store is different based on the area.

I guess. I don't know where she gets them from but she usually has plenty
to go around. She don't send you the booklets just the individual coupons
that you request. When you go to the website do a search for Publix. Hope
this helps!

Publix Corporate stated they take ALL competitors coupons that is the way I get around when they don't believe that the Wags RR's are manufacturer I then say "Well it doesn't really matter does it since you accept ALL competitors" that usually shuts them up

I am in Simpsonville and have the same problem with finding booklets. Some cs haven't even heard of some of them. BUT he is a great manager, yesterday there were no Red Baron pizza at all in store....he told the cashiers to give any of the pizzas at B1G1! I try not to abuse our Publix. At the same time, we are from So. Fla and the customer service has definitely gone down from the level it used to be.

I just wanted to throw out a website where you can find the Publix coupons that come from the booklets. www.couponclipper.com For a small fee you can find most coupons that are currently out including manufacturer and retailer. I find it worth the cost if you can get your items for little to no cost.

Hi, I contacted Publix through the 'contact us' link on their website. She was very helpful, she emailed me (copy of the email below) and had the booklet sent to me through the mail. Some of the sales that the booklets would have gone great with were already over by then but this tells me that going to the directly to the manufacturer/vendor is a possibility in getting these coupon booklets if necessary...aAnd maybe lighting a low warm, toasty flicker of fire underneath the rude store managers XXXXXs.

Thank you for your email. We appreciate our customers taking the time to contact us. Those booklets are made and distributed by our vendors, such as Kelloggs or Proctor Gamble. We will have the vendor send a booklet to you. I recommend that you speak with your store manager about saving these booklets for you when they come in.

Again, thank you for taking the time to contact us. If we can be of any further assistance regarding this matter, please either call our Consumer Relations toll-free number at 1-800-242-1227, write us at the Publix Super Markets Corporate Office, PO Box 407, Lakeland, FL 33802, ATTN: Consumer Relations, or contact us at our website, publix.com and mention your reference number, # 660337.

Sincerely,
