I just got home from Publix (stopped by after work). I went to buy the J&J travel kits and the Sure Deodorant. I used the Publix Advantage Buy coupons stacked with the manufacturers coupons. They wouldn't accept them stacked!! What!?, I said. They said there is a new policy starting this week that states that they will now be submitting the Publix coupons for reimbursement from the manufacturer and since they will be doing that, they are now considered manufacturers coupons and since you can't stack 2 manufacturer coupons, they wouldn't put it through. I valiantly stood my ground(even got a customer service manager involved), but to no avail. I asked what is the point of even having a Publix coupon, I can't use it anywhere else because it has a Publix logo and an LU #. They said this is their new policy. Has anybody else heard this?? Please let me know, I'm heartbroken!!

My cashier today did say Publix had changed some of their coupon policies, but she didn't say what they were…so I guess it's possible….:(

I live in Fl and I just stacked coupons at my store. Nothing was said to me about a new policy. Maybe this policy is just in certain states?

I'm in tallahassee & I just stacked some coupons yesterday for the tide/downy/tide release deal, mccormick spices and sunscreen. It was fine.

I am in Fla as well and stacked everything last night and it was fine…when they see me come in they actually watch in awe & amazement it is pretty funny. 2 managers have asked me to show them how to do it and one of the single male employees asked if I would shop for him LOL

Just stacked LOTS last night and had no problem. Where are you located? I am in the Atlanta district.(shopped at the store in Kennesaw)I work for Publix and will inquire tomorrow for everyone!

I did not find these at the Publix off of exit 14 in Cumming, but I did find the Multiple Your Meals booklets today. I've looked for those for weeks! They must have just forgotten to put them out, but there are plenty now!

I just called my store in Alabama, they said that they are not changing any of there policies.

I was just at my Publix – Old Alabama and Hanes Bridge in Alpharetta. They do an awful job with booklets. Has anyone noticed anything different there?

I found another coupon book in Publix the other day…It is for Unilever products and they are Publix coupons….There were about 8 different coupons for stuff like Dove Deodorant and Suave Shampoo….

I live in Greenville and visited Publix on Pelham yesterday and they were out….There was a display in cleaning products aisle and it was empty….

I just came from a Publix in Cascade Area, Atlanta GA and they did not know anything about P&G Future Friendly Booklet. If anyone can let me know in the Atlanta area where they see it that would be great or even willing to mail it. I am checking another store on Thu. I usually check 4-5 Publix stores but don't find any coupon booklets.

Mine either! I'm in Newnan, GA and the customer service desk people look at me like I'm crazy every time I ask them about coupon books. Irritating.

that is how they look at me. I live in Mobile, AL (where we have no Publix) and I (and every other couponer) drive to the closest on 40 miles away! You would think with so many couponers they would get the coupon books…IDK! Very irritating!

They are prob sold out. They are always in the travel section. My publix is usually sold out of these, but walmart or target has them at $.97 which would be free if you got the $1 blinkie.

The rebate for the free motion sensored light switch is a pretty good deal. We recently purchased one and if I recall correctly it was between 20 and 25 dollars. We love it in our garage. The lights automatically come on and off and we don't have to worry about it.

I'm in The Villages (north of Orlando between Leesburg & Ocala). I had a loooong talk with one of the assistant managers today, he said two days ago they had a meeting and ANY coupon that is not in the weekly newpaper style ad will be considered a manufacturer coupon. This means all the Advantage Buy flyer coupons, March Into Savings flyer coupons, P&G flyer coupons, all the little booklets they put out with coupons in them will be considered manufacturer coupons and said they WILL NOT stack them. It was a very congenial conversation. I told him I didn't think that was correct information and would like to get it solved a local level without getting corporate involved. He said he would have the general manager call me, but this is the info they received. I pointed out in the March Into Savings Flyer the coupons I wanted to use to stack (The Sure deodorant and J&J product coupons) and how they only had and LU # and Publix logo and how those have always been considered store coupons because there is no barcode on them. He said “I understand your point but according to the info we have they will no longer be considered store coupons but manufacturer coupons because they will be submitted to the manufacturer for reimbursement. I am going to wait for the genral manager to call me but I think I am going to have to get corporate involved. I will keep you posted.

My Publix appears to be changing some policies, but I was able to stack coupons tonight without issue. I did ask about the yoplait greek yogurt store + mfg. coupon and she said they would not do that. This could be specific to the store that I go to??? She also mentioned that because of the complaints Publix has received that they might start letting people get the penny item without a coupon, so ask and see…
