i got my sample also. a full size bottle of pantene. I dont normally use pantene shampoo, and i heard that this shampoo is bad for your hair. Is this true? i read that some beauticians do not like this product.

My friend who went to beauty school told me that it kind of coats each hair with something not unlike plastic. This makes your hair all strong and shiny (think Barbie doll hair), but the thought of it freaks some people out. She uses it herself and buys it for all of her family. You can always wash all of that out with a residue removing shampoo later if you don't like it.

If you color your hair, then don't use Pantene or any other nonprofessional brand. For people who don't color, then it is fine.

mine told me it is fine just not to use it everyday.
